We focused on making CBC one of the forefront options for people looking to refinance their homes. Using the learnings from their Lean Marketing Framework, we chose to run a Google Keywords campaign, selecting search terms and optimizing their ads to focus the audience and expand the reach to potential clientele looking to fund their home loans.  As a result, over 89,900 impressions were made in online advertisement appearances. This led to 5,190 prospects checking out the product, and 57 conversions completing loan applications. The campaign culminated in a jump from 6 loans funded in 2019, to 52 loans funded in 2020 directly attributed to the campaign. What began as a small gathering of believers at Mariners Elementary School, has become a movement of people across Orange County passionately following Jesus and sharing His love with friends and neighbors. Under the leadership of their Senior Pastor, Eric Gieger, Mariners Church is growing into a mutli-congregational church with locations across Orange County.  Managing content in their existing website was becoming a challenge, with duplicate content across multiple congregations. The content team needed an easier way to ensure all the content was managed centrally, and could be updated with simple workflows. Additionally, the design of their former website was looking outdated, and they wanted a more modern aesthetic for the website.   The 454 Team hosted a Website Roadmap meeting, where we explored all the needs of the new website, the challenges of the old site, defined the Mariners Church brand style and laid the groundwork for things like site architecture, wireframes and site navigation with a mega-menu. Armed with that information we set out on designing an all-new, fully-custom, WordPress site with custom post-types and content blocks for managing congregational content. We also built-out functionality for dynamically changing the main menu during periods of Live Streaming for weekend services, reverting back to archived messages during the week. An outdated user interface wasn't mobile friendly, which frustrated customers, and a cumbersome content management system meant staff members had a hard time making content updates.  454 Creative hosted a website roadmap meeting with the team at VCES to understand their needs and explore ways to maximize their website for the customer journey. During this discovery exercise, we learned they needed a way to integrate equipment data directly from Volvo North America, so our team developed a custom API for Volvo equipment, so data could flow seamlessly into WordPress. It also became clear that data management could be simplified if we shared equipment between the sales and rental modules, so the VCES team could enter the equipment information once, and then indicate if it was available both for sales and for rent.  Additionally, we leveraged WordPress to integrate a dealer locator that can geo-locate a users location and advise them of branch nearest them. We also included an event module  to promote upcoming trade shows and demonstrations, as well as integrating outbound links to purchase used equipment and apply for credit applications.  Lastly, we worked with the Volvo North America brand and style guide to ensure the whole site reflected Volvo's brand, recognized world-wide as a leader in safety, quality and clean, scandenavian design.  Cheyenne Linich from VCES remarks of the process, "This is the second time I have had to opportunity to work with Chad and the 454 Creative team.
