This is not something that can wait.... and of course it happens late on a weekend afternoon. I figured if I could get someone out there immediately, I would pay dearly.  Absolutely NOT the case with Alex and Alex. Got a call back immediately and although there were two calls ahead of me, Alex arrived within an hour. He worked quickly, was completely professional with me and my new tenants, and the charge was extremely reasonable. I don't think there was a weekend uncharge or emergency call charge. He worked quickly, was completely professional with me and my new tenants, and the charge was extremely reasonable. I don't think there was a weekend uncharge or emergency call charge.
