From the very beginning, the team was professional, supportive, and truly invested in our daughter's care. Hosna, in particular, is absolutely amazing. About three weeks ago, our daughter received her new brace, very similar to the one Hosna originally made. At our most recent follow-up, we received incredible news, her curve has improved even further since November and is now under 10 degrees on top and 12 degrees on the bottom. We could not be more grateful. What stands out most is that from the start, Hosna was honest that the goal was to stabilize the curve, with no guarantees of improvement, and yet we have seen such meaningful progress. After a series of willful, harmful miscommunications, I cannot recommend them or their front desk. - My initial appointment was on 6/11. - On 6/6, they canceled. The next available appointment was on 7/9, where I had my cast made. - I told them we needed to move quickly. I was leaving town on 8/15. My employer was changing insurance providers on 9/1. - The front desk ignored three of my calls regarding the follow-up fitting. On 7/23, they finally reached out. Since an appointment before 8/15 was no longer possible, I said I would wait until my new insurance plan became active on 9/1. - On 8/20, they informed me they had disposed of my cast. This was not communicated to me beforehand. So, I scheduled an appointment for 9/23 to restart the casting process. - On 9/22, they canceled again, stating that “it has become clear we may not be able to meet your expectations for satisfaction… We recommend you seek care elsewhere.” My situation (leaving town, changing insurance providers) was definitely complicated. However, I’ve never experienced so many last minute cancelations or such willful, harmful miscommunication from a front desk before.
