At A Pet Villa, our goal is to make your pet as comfortable as possible. We know that every pet is unique and requires different care. With our knowledgable staff and intimate environment, we make sure your pet feels secure and cared for. Our Services Boarding We offer comfortable, clean and safe overnight boarding  for cats and dogs. Daycare Dog and cat daycare is available every day of the week, except on holidays. Grooming Walk-in appointments, or an exit bath/groom with a boarding stay. About our Santa Clara facility: A Pet Villa is a trusted dog and cat boarding facility in Santa Clara, conveniently located near San Jose International Airport. We provide a range of services, including pet boarding, daycare, and grooming, ensuring your furry friends receive the best care. Each pet enjoys regular outdoor time from their private accommodations at no extra charge. Our facility is open daily, except for Christmas, New Year’s, and July 4th, and we have around the clock staff on hand to ensure every pet is well looked after. Rest easy knowing your pets are in a clean, secure, and comfortable environment while you’re away. Important requirements to join A Pet Villa Age – Pets must be at least 16 weeks of age or older. Required Vaccinations – DA2PP/ DH2PP , Rabies, Bordatella, and Canine Influenza. (Canine Influenza is not required for grooming-only dogs). For cats we require FVRCP and Rabies. Sex – We require dogs six months of age or older to be spayed or neutered. We are flexible on this guideline to ensure dogs are not neuter/ spayed sooner than needed for their correct development. Based on breed, we are happy to hear your vet recommendations. There will be an additional fee for intact pets over six months of age in our facility. Health– Owners must ensure that their pets are in good health and have been free of any communicable disease or parasites for 30 days before bringing them into daycare or boarding. If we suspect that your dog is unwell or has parasites we will isolate them. We strongly recommend the use of flea prevention programs (not a flea collar as those do not work). They always take care of him whether he’s going there for grooming or when we need to board him. I definitely recommend that you take your fur babies here. My dog has been boarding here for two years now and absolutely LOVES A Pet Villa and their staff. I know he’s well taken care of and I feel so much better knowing he’s with them when I have to be away for work. We have been boarding our savannah cats here for the last three years, and they seem to really enjoy it. That’s saying a lot for a cat! The staff appear to genuinely care for and get to know the animals, and we always feel comfortable with them in Pet Villa’s care. Pets are kept in our well ventilated enclosures complete with resting benches. Every dog is let out into our play yards multiple times a day at no extra charge. Social dogs are allowed to play in social groups depending on their activity levels and size. Amenities for our overnight boarding guests include: • Overnight Staff to take care of your loved ones • Comfortable, sanitized, climate controlled rooms • Playtime offered with other dogs and/or one-on-one with our team members • Freshly cleaned bedding • Cleaned and sanitized and refreshed rooms daily We require that you bring your own dog food. We have found that maintaining your pets’ original diet is optimum. We do not allow toys or customer bedding as we provide these items. Our staff consists of trained professionals who have experience in animal keeping and in veterinary care. We are able to administer medications, look after geriatric pets and more. We try to create a place that is a home away from home. We try to minimize stress for your pet and make it a wonderful experience. Our indoor daycare room is catered to small dogs. It is heated and air-conditioned and provides natural light. We also have built-in floor drains for easy cleaning as well as industrial exhaust vents. Our outdoor play area is located outside and consists of a covered and uncovered portion. Your pet gets plenty of exercise and fresh air. Dogs enjoy lying in the sun and socializing. Our groups are limited to a maximum of 30 dogs pet play area. We offer dog and cat daycare services every day of the week with the exception of busy holidays such as Christmas and New Years. Reservations are not required for daycare services. About our Santa Clara facility: A Pet Villa is a trusted dog and cat boarding facility in Santa Clara, conveniently located near San Jose International Airport. We provide a range of services, including pet boarding, daycare, and grooming, ensuring your furry friends receive the best care. Each pet enjoys regular outdoor time from their private accommodations at no extra charge. Our facility is open daily, except for Christmas, New Year’s, and July 4th, and we have around the clock staff on hand to ensure every pet is well looked after. Rest easy knowing your pets are in a clean, secure, and comfortable environment while you’re away. Important requirements to join A Pet Villa Age – Pets must be at least 16 weeks of age or older. Required Vaccinations – DA2PP/ DH2PP , Rabies, Bordatella, and Canine Influenza. (Canine Influenza is not required for grooming-only dogs). For cats we require FVRCP and Rabies. Sex – We require dogs six months of age or older to be spayed or neutered. We are flexible on this guideline to ensure dogs are not neuter/ spayed sooner than needed for their correct development. Based on breed, we are happy to hear your vet recommendations. There will be an additional fee for intact pets over six months of age in our facility. Health – Owners must ensure that their pets are in good health and have been free of any communicable disease or parasites for 30 days before bringing them into daycare or boarding. If we suspect that your dog is unwell or has parasites we will isolate them. We strongly recommend the use of flea prevention programs (not a flea collar as those do not work). The staff appear to genuinely care for and get to know the animals, and we always feel comfortable with them in Pet Villa’s care.
