Oftentimes, there is a small balance remaining after a visit which is not completely covered by your insurance provider. It’s no different from keeping your credit card on file with Uber/Lyft or providing your credit card when you make a hotel reservation. We will always email you an invoice explaining these charges so that if you prefer to pay with a different card, you can do so online. Otherwise, we’ll charge your credit card on file after 5 days.
