We partner with Plant With Purpose to support the restoration efforts in the village of San Isidro Trementina in the Mixteca Alta region of Oaxaca, Mexico. This is the poorest region in Mexico and we get to be a part of what God is doing in their midst by providing the needed assistance for the necessary development to take place to bring holistic revitalization to this village. plantwithpurpose.org Past Projects Ukrainian Relief - “Welcome Home” In April 2022, a door opened for us as a church to respond to the crisis in Ukraine and its people. BayMarin’s office and student building was originally built as a rectory so it was ideally suited for hosting these Ukrainian families needing a safe, temporary place to land. This was a ministry much larger than any single Church, and we’ve been honored to partner with multiple non-profits and faith communities in Marin County. Kids We love our kids and we want them to know how much God loves them too!   We create environments where children can establish a deep and life-changing relationship with Jesus with the support of multi-generational relationships. “Write these commandments that I’ve given you today on your hearts. Talk about them wherever you are, sitting at home or walking in the street; talk about them from the time you get up in the morning to when you fall into bed at night.” Deuteronomy 6:7 What to Expect   Sunday Mornings At BayMarin we value worship and discipleship as a family. Ages 4 years through fifth grade sing and worship with their parents, and then kids adjourn to their classroom for a short lesson with adult volunteers, followed by time at the Activity Table in the back of the hall. Every week we have adult volunteers who are invested in the growth of our kids and provide multi sensory, creative activities that help them connect with and learn more about Jesus. Safety We know that the safety of our kids is of the utmost importance. All of our volunteers have been a part of standard safety protocol including fingerprinting and background checks. Questions? Though the parent tree died, it continues to give life through its vibrant and expansive roots spread beneath the earth's surface. So what is a Family Circle at BayMarin? It is a small group of people choosing to make Jesus central to their life and relationships. We gather in recognition of our common life found in Him. It is through His sacrificial death on a Tree that we are given new life. Our mutual connection to Him nourishes us as we grow together in His Presence.
