Having painted our own house, we understand the importance of prep work. It is critical to a quality paint job. It takes time, of course. I was very happy with the work done by Cruz- we're picky, and we watched the results pretty carefully, - Cruz cares about doing it right - and did. When comparing bids, be sure you understand the quality of both the prep and painting. It will influence the amount of time and the cost, but it will look better and last longer.
