[email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order with the reason for the return or exchange, and you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note the following: The RA number must be written on the box and your original packing receipt, and all return merchandise must be received by Blanc within 7 days of issuing an RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Blanc is not responsible for items you ship that we do not receive. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. However, items purchased online may also be returned or exchanged in-person at our stores when accompanied by the original packing receipt. Upon receipt of properly returned merchandise customers will receive a store credit in the form of a gift card for the original amount paid less any shipping fees. At this time gift cards can only be redeemed at Blanc retail stores or applied toward items seen on our website by placing a phone order. All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the store tags still attached. Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. A golden era indeed. Her father owned a boutique favored by the stars called "Nancy's" and her uncle was head of photography for motion pictures at 20th Century Fox where Marilyn Monroe chose him personally for most of her films. Nancy's love for fashion began with fond memories of watching her mother dress for the Hollywood parties in beautiful designer clothing. As a young woman, her experiences living in Japan and traveling the world over would further influence her rare palate for elegance and classic style. Upon moving to the idyllic town of San Anselmo, CA, she continued to explore her passion as a clothing buyer for local stores, where she quickly became known as a taste maker with a truly unique vision. It seems some things are inevitable, as it was merely a matter of time before Nancy would follow in her family's footsteps as a retail clothier. In 2005, Nancy opened her own boutique named in honor of her father and mother, Ned and Irene Blanc, which has since become an undeniable destination for extraordinary women's fashion within the San Francisco Bay Area.
