There is a no refund policy for any purchases of prepaid packages and promotional pre-purchases. ​ Appointments Services and treatments are available by appointment only. A deposit of $100 is required in order to secure a time on our schedule for most treatments; this deposit goes towards your treatment price. Late cancellation and no show fees apply for all appointments (please see below). Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for appointments to allow time for completing consent forms or other paperwork. If you are running late, as a courtesy, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you without disrupting other clients appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate requests for a particular provider. However, if your requested provider is not available during the time/day you requested we ask for your cooperation in allowing us to serve you with another provider.  Follow up appointments are made in the best interest of the patient and the office. Should you state that you do not want a follow up appointment, we leave the patient responsible in informing our office should any concerns or complications arise.  ​ Cancellation Policy Bliss Point Medical Spa has a 72 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us a 72 hour notice so we can make the time available for other clients. There are no exceptions. We accept notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments via phone, text or voicemail.  Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in non-refundable $100 deposit. All packages (including laser packages, microneedling, and facials); an unused treatment will be forfeited for the late cancel or no show appointment. I certify that I have disclosed all medical conditions that might affect my treatments as well as previous products and services used and their side effects, if any. (collectively referred to as “Bliss Point Medical Spa”) disclaims liability for any loss, injury, claim or damage related to your use of its products and services, including without limitation, those resulting from errors or omissions, a site or application being down, data loss, and unsatisfactory aesthetic outcomes. Bliss Point Medical Spa will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, reliance or special damages, including without limitation damages arising from any court action or legal dispute.
