I’m a new patient and only scheduled for cleaning. But once I walked in, all the greetings and smiles from the staffs there made me feel I am the VIP. All the evaluation, treatment and advise made me very comfortable and happy. Thank you and I will come back.
Q. Wang
I’ve been a patient at Blue Brush Dental for nearly 5 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I receive. Dr. Chang is always professional, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Mrs. Kimberly, who does my semi-annual teeth cleanings, is fantastic—friendly, gentle, and very professional too. The entire team makes every visit a comfortable experience, and I truly trust them with my dental health. Highly recommend!
Luck
I visited this dental clinic for the first time today and was extremely satisfied with both the treatment and the service. All of the staff were incredibly kind, and their excellent medical skills gave me complete trust and confidence throughout the process. The treatment went smoothly and safely. The interior was also spotless and stylish, perfectly matching the image of a clean and modern dental clinic. I will definitely return for my next appointment.
Stephen E.
This was literally the first time I've had a painless cleaning. Normally my mouth is a destroyed and is in so much pain after a cleaning. I'd recommend Kimberly for doing a well thorough job cleaning my teeth. I appreciated the well personalized experience as well with my name in the welcome room. (Left photo is after cleaning)

Dr. Kat is an All-Star. She was extremely personable and knowledgeable when it came to all the concerns I had coming into my appointment. Going back to their advanced digital imaging, I thought it was so cool how Dr. Kat was able to pull up my teeth on the big screen and give me a full analysis of my teeth, its structure, my bite, etc. She then shared a ton of practical recommendations that were easy for me to understand, specifically in regard to flossing techniques and brushing habits. I tend to ask very specific questions and she was able to respond in such a relatable manner.
Kymberli T.
I cannot say enough great things about Blue Brush Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly welcoming. The office was clean, modern, and ran efficiently—my appointment started right on time. Dr. Chang and the team were simply the best! They took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured I was comfortable, and went above and beyond to provide top-notch care. I truly felt like they cared about my health and comfort every step of the way.
Tata Y.

I had a great experience at this dentist. The staff were warm and friendly and the dentist made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. The office itself was very clean and I walked out feeling secure that my teeth were well taken care of.

Dr. Chang and the team were exceptional. They made what’s usually an uncomfortable dental visit feel easy and virtually pain-free, explained everything clearly, and were genuinely attentive and caring. I can’t recommend them enough!

Good at-home hygiene habits, in combination with professional cleanings, can keep your smile free from decay and other oral health issues like gum disease. Regular exams allow us to monitor your oral health so you can address any minor concerns before they become larger, more costly, and more invasive issues. Schedule Today Call (949) 733-8011 Schedule your checkup Visit our practice Call (949) 733-8011 Preventive Dentistry Diagnostic & Prevention We get it, it can be a bit too easy to put off your biannual dental exam and we don't blame you, life gets busy! But remember, skipping your appointments can cost even more time and money in the future. Coming in twice a year allows us to catch small issues before they become time-consuming, expensive problems. Regular check-ups only take about an hour and we assure you that we will make it a comfortable process. Let's keep that smile of yours healthy with our excellent preventive services. Schedule Today Preventive Dentistry Cleaning & Hygiene Regular teeth cleanings and hygiene appointments are the foundation of preventive dental care. During your visit, we thoroughly clean your teeth and gums, removing plaque and buildup from every surface while polishing away minor stains to keep your smile bright and healthy. We recommend scheduling routine cleanings and exams every six months for most patients. For added comfort, we also offer pain-free cleanings with the AIRFLOW® system. This advanced technology uses a gentle stream of warm water, air, and fine powder to effectively remove plaque and stains — without scraping. Of course, great oral health continues at home. Brushing twice daily with a fluoride toothpaste, flossing once a day, and maintaining consistent hygiene habits are essential to keeping your teeth and gums in excellent shape between visits. Schedule Today Preventive Dentistry Digital X-Rays Digital x-rays are safe, quick, and comfortable. Using the latest technology, we can create crisp, high-resolution images of your mouth’s structure, so we can make accurate diagnoses and treatment plans. Digital x-rays use only a fraction of the radiation as traditional film x-rays, so you can rest easy. Most patients receive a set of x-rays every year, but we may recommend additional imaging in the case of a dental emergency, or if we find an oral health issue that we need to investigate further. Schedule Today Preventive Dentistry Fluoride Treatments Fluoride treatments are one of the best ways to keep dental decay at bay. A simple, non-invasive procedure, fluoride treatments help to keep your enamel strong. After your cleaning, we’ll apply a fluoride-rich varnish or gel; we may ask you to refrain from eating or drinking anything for 30 minutes or so following your visit. Fluoride helps strengthen the enamel, making it more resistant to acids from plaque, bacteria, and sugary foods that cause cavities. Schedule Today Preventive Dentistry Dental Sealants While often associated with children's dentistry, adults can benefit just as much from this proven preventive treatment. Sealants are thin, protective coatings applied to the deep grooves of your back teeth where decay often starts. Even with diligent brushing, these microscopic crevices can trap food and bacteria. Dental sealants create a smooth, protective barrier that's nearly invisible and can last for years, significantly reducing your risk of cavities. It's a quick, painless procedure that can save you time and money by preventing more extensive dental work down the road. If you're cavity-prone or want to take a proactive approach to your dental health, ask us about whether sealants could be right for you. Schedule Today Preventive Dentistry Emergencies Dental emergencies can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. Schedule Today Preventive Dentistry Oral Cancer Screenings Oral cancer screenings are a part of every preventive visit, and are a quick way to fortify your peace of mind. Through consistent exams, we can catch oral cancer early on, which gives us a better chance at treating it before it spreads. A routine oral cancer screening can even save your life! Your dentist will examine your gums, tongue, and the rest of the soft tissues in your mouth, keeping an eye out for lesions and other abnormalities like lumps and discolorations. If there is anything that concerns us, we may recommend getting a biopsy, which will be analyzed by a specialist to determine the cause of the abnormality. Regular oral cancer screenings allow us to identify any potential problems before they become major issues. Schedule Today Preventive Dentistry Night Guards Unconscious teeth grinding and clenching, known as bruxism, is a common issue that tends to happen at night while patients are asleep. However, night guards can help patients alleviate symptoms of bruxism by creating a barrier between your teeth that protects them from grinding-related damage. Depending on the severity of the case, night guards can be made from several different materials with varying degrees of softness. Schedule Today Preventive Dentistry Sports Guards Sports guards are worn over the teeth, and are specifically designed to protect your mouth from oral trauma caused by high-impact sports. Immediate Implants (for qualifying patients) Losing a tooth leaves you with a gap in your smile; fill that gap right away with immediate implants. Dental implants can stop you from losing bone mass while restoring your bite, but the longer you go without a tooth, the more likely you are to lose bone, so timely care is crucial. If you've lost a tooth, or require an extraction, ask us if a dental implant is right for you. In-House Treatment Get the treatment you need right away, without waiting on a referral. We provide comprehensive dental care all under one roof, including root canals and oral surgery, so you can get out of pain and back to smiling! Get in touch with us now to get your smile back in working order today! Multi-Specialty Office Our team of specialists are highly trained and prepared to handle any dental emergency. You won't need to bounce between offices with referral after referral to get the care you need when you need it most. What do I do in a Dental Emergency? Keep Calm & Reduce Bleeding Dental emergencies can be stressful, but staying calm helps you think clearly and act quickly. If there’s bleeding, gently rinse your mouth with warm water and use a sterile gauze or clean cloth to apply light but steady pressure. Hold it in place for 10–15 minutes or until the bleeding slows down. If a tooth has been injured, avoid touching or disturbing the area. Keeping calm will help you get through those first few critical moments until you can get professional help. Control Swelling & Pain For most dental injuries, you can manage pain and swelling temporarily at home. Use over-the-counter medications like ibuprofen or acetaminophen to control discomfort, but steer clear of aspirin—it can thin your blood and worsen bleeding. You can also apply a cold compress or ice pack to the outside of your cheek near the affected area in 10-minute intervals. This not only eases inflammation but can also help you feel more in control while you wait to be seen. Call Us Right Away Once you’ve managed your symptoms, the most important next step is to call our office. Whether you’re dealing with a knocked-out tooth, broken dental work, or unexplained pain, our team is trained to triage emergency calls and will guide you through what to do next. In many cases, we can fit you in the same day. The sooner we can assess the damage, the better our chances of preserving your smile and preventing complications. FAQs Frequently Asked Questions Check out these frequently asked questions, or call us to speak with our team. What should I do if I’ve knocked out a tooth? Act quickly—knocked-out teeth have the best chance of being saved if treated within an hour. Hold the tooth by the crown (top part), rinse it gently with water if dirty, and try to place it back into the socket. Don’t force it. If it won’t go back in, store it in a container of cold milk or saliva and bring it with you to your emergency appointment. Avoid touching the root to prevent further damage. The sooner we see you, the better the chance we can successfully reimplant the tooth. What should I do if my dental work has fallen out? If a dental restoration falls out, try to keep it safe and bring it with you in a sealed plastic bag or small container. Avoid chewing on that side of your mouth, and stay away from very hot, cold, or sugary foods that could irritate the exposed tooth. A lost filling or crown can leave your tooth vulnerable to bacteria and damage, so don’t delay. Contact our office and let us know what happened—we’ll do our best to get you in quickly and restore your smile. What should I do about a severe toothache? A toothache that lasts more than 1–2 days, especially if it’s throbbing, may be a sign of infection or an abscess. Try rinsing with warm salt water, applying a cold compress, and using OTC pain relief to stay comfortable. But remember, these are only temporary fixes. A dentist needs to assess the cause of the pain to provide long-term relief. Depending on the severity, we may recommend a root canal or other treatment to save the tooth and prevent the infection from spreading. What should I do about a loose tooth? If your tooth has been knocked loose from trauma or an accident, you may still have a chance to save it—but you need to act fast. Refrain from wiggling or pressing on the tooth with your fingers or tongue, as this can worsen the injury. Call our office right away. If treated early, we can often stabilize the tooth with a splint and give it time to heal and reattach to surrounding bone and gum tissue. Waiting too long could lead to tooth loss, so don’t delay reaching out. Schedule your visit today Exceptional dental care is just a click or call away. You'll learn exactly how to insert, remove, and maintain your aligners for beautiful results. Check-ins You’ll return every 6 weeks to monitor your progress and receive new sets of aligners. These brief appointments keep your treatment on track. Wear your aligners 20-22 hours daily, changing to new sets as directed. Each appointment is a step closer to your ideal smile! FAQs Frequently Asked Questions Check out these frequently asked questions, or call us to speak with our team. Am I a good candidate for Invisalign? Most people with mild to moderate alignment issues can achieve great results with Invisalign. These clear aligners effectively correct crowded teeth, gaps, overbites, underbites, and crossbites. However, complex orthodontic cases may require traditional braces for optimal results. During your consultation, we'll evaluate your teeth, discuss your goals, and show you a personalized treatment plan of your results to help determine the best treatment path. Does Invisalign hurt? When starting new aligners, you may experience temporary pressure or tenderness – a normal sign that your teeth are shifting. This sensation typically subsides within a few days as your mouth adjusts. Unlike traditional braces with metal wires and brackets that can cause irritation, Invisalign's smooth plastic design minimizes discomfort. How should I wear my aligners? Wear your aligners 20-22 hours daily, removing them only for eating, drinking anything besides water, and your oral hygiene routine. This consistent wear allows for steady tooth movement and keeps your treatment timeline on track. Each aligner is precisely calibrated to move specific teeth at specific times, so missing hours of wear time can delay your progress. Most patients find that incorporating aligner wear into their daily routine becomes second nature after the first few weeks. What should I do if I crack my aligners? If you damage or lose an aligner, contact our office immediately. Continuing with a cracked aligner or moving to the next set too soon can disrupt your treatment plan. Our team will assess whether you should revert to your previous aligner while waiting for a replacement or move forward to your next set. To prevent this situation, always use the protective case, avoid bending aligners during removal, and handle them with care when cleaning. Can I use my Invisalign trays as a nightguard? The short answer is, no. While Invisalign aligners are durable, they're specifically engineered for tooth movement, not nighttime grinding protection. The SmartTrack® material isn't designed to withstand the intense forces of bruxism (teeth grinding), and using aligners as a nightguard can damage them and compromise your treatment. If you grind your teeth, we'll discuss incorporating a custom nightguard into your treatment plan. This ensures both your tooth alignment goals and grinding protection needs are properly addressed. Regular aligner checks will help us monitor for any signs of excessive wear that might indicate nighttime grinding. What are Invisalign attachments? Invisalign attachments are small, tooth-colored bumps strategically bonded to specific teeth to help aligners create more complex tooth movements. These SmartForce® attachments act as handles, allowing aligners to grip and apply pressure more effectively for precise repositioning. While not every patient needs attachments, they play a crucial role in achieving desired results for certain tooth movements. They're carefully placed to balance effectiveness with aesthetics and are typically hardly noticeable when wearing your aligners. Can you see Invisalign when you’re wearing them? Invisalign aligners are crafted from advanced SmartTrack® material, designed to be virtually invisible when worn. The thin, clear plastic conforms closely to your teeth, making them difficult to detect during normal social interactions. To maintain their clarity, avoid consuming anything besides water while wearing aligners, and clean them regularly to prevent staining. Some patients have small tooth-colored attachments that may be slightly more noticeable, but these are still far less visible than traditional braces. How are Invisalign trays made? Your Invisalign journey begins with high-precision digital scanning that creates a 3D model of your t Dental Implants in Irvine, CA | Blue Brush Dental Skip to main content About Services Preventive Dentistry Restorative Dentistry Cosmetic Dentistry Oral Surgery Pediatric Dentistry Invisalign Dental Implants All-Tissue Laser Therapy Extractions Root Canal Therapy Emergencies Patient Resources Patient Resources Membership Before & Afters Blog Contact (949) 733-8011 Book Now About Services Preventive Dentistry Restorative Dentistry Cosmetic Dentistry Oral Surgery Pediatric Dentistry Invisalign Dental Implants All-Tissue Laser Therapy Extractions Root Canal Therapy Emergencies Patient Resources Patient Resources Membership Before & Afters Blog Contact (949) 733-8011 Book Now Phone Book Now Location Dental Implants In Irvine, CA Missing a tooth shouldn't hold you back from living your best life. Dental implants aren't just about filling a gap in your smile—they're about reclaiming your confidence and oral health for a lifetime. The Benefits of Dental Implants Natural Feel and Function Dental implants closely mimic your natural teeth, allowing you to brush, floss, and eat just like you always have. Aesthetically Pleasing Each implant is custom-designed to match your existing teeth in shape, size, and color. This personalized approach ensures your new tooth blends seamlessly with your smile. Preserves Oral Health Made from biocompatible titanium, implants actually integrate with your jawbone, stimulating it just like natural tooth roots. This helps prevent bone loss and maintains your facial structure for years to come. Sinus Lift A sinus lift is a surgical procedure that increases bone height in the upper jaw by elevating the sinus membrane and placing graft material, creating enough support for stable dental implant placement. Ridge augmentation rebuilds areas of the jaw where bone has been lost, restoring proper width or height to ensure a secure foundation for implants. Both procedures enhance implant success by improving bone volume and overall structural integrity. Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) is a bioactive concentrate derived from your ownblood that contains growth factors and a fibrin matrix that support natural healing. In dental implant placement, PRF can enhance soft- and hard-tissue regeneration, reduce inflammation, and improve integration of the implant, promoting faster recover and enhanced healing. Guided Surgery with 3D Printing Elevate your dental implant experience with our advanced 3D-printed surgical guides. These crafted guides ensure unparalleled precision, streamlining your procedure for enhanced comfort and optimal results. Bone Grafting & GBR When it comes to ensuring the longevity and functionality of your dental implants, proper preparation is key. Bone grafting can restore lost bone density. Guided bone regeneration (GBR) is a technique that uses a barrier membrane to guide the growth of bone while protecting it from other tissues, streamlining the process and minimizing the risk of complications. The Implant Treatment Process 3D Imaging & Planning Every implant case begins with advanced 3D CBCT imaging (CT scan) to accurately evaluate your bone structure, identify vital anatomy, and precisely plan implant placement. This technology allows us to diagnose thoroughly and place implants with greater accuracy, safety, and predictability. Placement Once we've confirmed your treatment plan, we'll schedule your procedure and walk you through exactly what to expect. During the surgery, we make a precise incision in your gum and carefully place the dental implant into your jawbone. We then clean the area and apply sutures to promote healing. This sets the foundation for your new tooth. Healing & Osseointegration Healing begins right after implant placement. The incision typically heals within 1-2 weeks, but full integration of the implant with your jawbone (called osseointegration) takes about 3-6 months. We'll schedule check-ups during this time to ensure everything is healing properly. Applying the Restoration The final step is adding your custom crown. We create a dental crown designed to blend seamlessly with your natural teeth, which is then securely attached to an abutment on your implant. With this complete, your smile is fully restored! FAQs Frequently Asked Questions Check out these frequently asked questions, or call us to speak with our team. What is a single tooth implant? A single tooth implant is a modern solution for replacing a missing tooth. It consists of a titanium post surgically placed into your jawbone and a custom-made crown attached to it. Unlike removable options like partial dentures, implants are permanently fixed, offering stability and comfort that feels just like your natural teeth. How are dental implants made? Dental implants combine precision engineering with customization. The implant post is made from medical-grade titanium and comes in various standard sizes. The crown, however, is custom-made specifically for you. We either create it in-house using advanced technology or work with a specialized lab. The crown is typically made from porcelain for its natural appearance and strength. Once ready, we carefully attach it to your implant, completing your restoration. How long will my dental implant last? With proper placement and care, dental implants can last for decades. The crown attached to the implant may need replacement over time due to normal wear and tear, but the implant itself often lasts a lifetime. Regular check-ups allow us to monitor everything and address any issues early. Do dental implants slow down bone loss progression? Yes! When a tooth is lost, the jawbone in that area starts to deteriorate from lack of stimulation. An implant acts like an artificial tooth root, transmitting chewing forces to the jawbone. This stimulation maintains bone density and strength, much like a natural tooth would. Can I get an implant in one day? In some cases, you can receive a dental implant and temporary restoration in a single day. This depends on your specific situation and the type of implant best suited for you. The temporary restoration allows for normal function while your implant heals. We'll schedule follow-ups to monitor healing and create your permanent crown. A consultation will help us determine the best approach for your needs. What if I need a dental implant for my front tooth? Rest assured, we can custom fabr All-Tissue Laser Therapy | Blue Brush Dental Skip to main content About Services Preventive Dentistry Restorative Dentistry Cosmetic Dentistry Oral Surgery Pediatric Dentistry Invisalign Dental Implants All-Tissue Laser Therapy Extractions Root Canal Therapy Emergencies Patient Resources Patient Resources Membership Before & Afters Blog Contact (949) 733-8011 Book Now About Services Preventive Dentistry Restorative Dentistry Cosmetic Dentistry Oral Surgery Pediatric Dentistry Invisalign Dental Implants All-Tissue Laser Therapy Extractions Root Canal Therapy Emergencies Patient Resources Patient Resources Membership Before & Afters Blog Contact (949) 733-8011 Book Now Phone Book Now Location All-Tissue Laser Therapy In Irvine, CA Dental drills are noisy, uncomfortable, and can induce dental anxiety for some patients. The Benefits of Laser Therapy Extreme Precision & Accuracy Compared to traditional dental tools, laser tools are much more accurate and precise. This means your dentist doesn’t have to remove as much tissue, which is better for your overall oral health and also helps speed up your recovery. It makes your treatment faster, too. Minimal Bleeding & Pain The high-powered laser “cauterizes” (seals) nerves, tissue, and blood vessels upon contact. There are also no uncomfortable sensations of pressure or vibration with laser dental tools. This means you’ll bleed less and you won’t feel much discomfort. In some cases, numbing isn’t even necessary for laser therapy. Faster Healing & Recovery All of the above benefits add up to a faster, simpler, and more effective healing and recovery process. Laser dentistry helps reduce your risk of complications after your treatment, and you’ll heal more quickly compared to traditional dental treatments. Precision Soft-Tissue Care With the Ultradent Gemini EVO™ diode laser, we deliver highly controlled soft-tissue treatments with improved bleeding control, enhanced comfort, and quicker recovery for a smoother patient experience. Need A Dental Filling? If you’ve been dreading getting that cavity filled, laser dentistry can help. Dental lasers provide quicker, more-comfortable fillings so you can get back to smiling with ease. Advanced All-Tissue Laser Dentistry We use the BIOLASE® Waterlase laser, an advanced all-tissue technology that combines laser energy with a gentle spray of water to deliver more precise, minimally invasive treatment with less discomfort and faster healing. Need A Root Canal? If you’ve been dreading getting root canal therapy, laser dentistry can help. Dental lasers provide quicker, more-comfortable root canal treatments so you can get back to smiling with ease. The Laser Therapy Treatment Process Preparing The Treatment Area Before your procedure begins, your dentist will clean the treatment area. Numbing is not typically required, but may be provided if you’re worried about discomfort, or if you’re having a more invasive procedure performed on your mouth. Removing Tissue With Laser Tools All-tissue lasers can be set up to remove hard tissue like enamel, as well as soft tissue like gum tissue. Your dentist will use a specialized laser, and adjust it to remove all the necessary tissue quickly and effectively throughout your treatment process. Aftercare & Recovery Once your procedure is over, you’ll be sent home with a set of recovery instructions. Laser therapy has a shorter recovery period than traditional dental treatments. But it’s still important to follow your dentist’s instructions to heal more quickly, and avoid complications after your procedure. FAQs Frequently Asked Questions Check out these frequently asked questions, or call us to speak with our team. Is laser dentistry safe? Absolutely. Dental lasers are approved by the FDA and have been found to be completely safe when used by a trained dentist. Because the laser tool conducts such a precise procedure, there is a smaller chance of bacterial infection. This minimally invasive treatment also causes little to no bleeding for patients. When undergoing laser treatments, your dentist will take precautions to ensure your safety, just as they would with any other treatment. Since laser tools emit a powerful light, they will give you special protective glasses or goggles to shield your eyes. Laser dentistry is safer and more comfortable than many other traditional procedures. Does laser dentistry hurt? No! Laser treatments are very comfortable and convenient. Plus, in most cases, you won’t need any anesthesia! Since laser dentistry does not involve physical contact with the tissue of your mouth, numbing agents aren’t usually required for patients. The laser pinpoint causes a cauterizing effect within the tissue, so there is typically very little bleeding after treatment. When patients receive anesthesia, they typically leave the office with that numb feeling still prevalent. With laser dentistry, you are able to go right out to lunch or back to work without that uncomfortable numb sensation following your appointment. How long does a laser filling take? The length of your treatment will vary depending on the type of laser treatment you are receiving. However, in the case of laser dental fillings, laser treatments tend to be more efficient than traditional fillings. Since your doctor won’t have to wait for your mouth to be numb, they can get to work right away. A laser filling can take as little as 10-15 minutes or as long as half an hour. This will depend on the size and placement of the cavity. Your doctor will walk you through what to expect when developing your treatment plan so you can rest assured that you will stay informed every step of the way. Depending on your dental needs, we offer treatments like tooth extractions, bone ridge smoothing, and bone grafting. To get a dental implant that is strong and long-lasting, proper implant preparation is essential. With our expert care, we provide the best results for dental implants that can last a lifetime. Let's get you back to smiling with confidence. Schedule Today Restorative Dentistry Extractions Extractions are always a last resort because preserving your smile is our top priority. However, sometimes a problematic tooth causes more harm than good. In these cases, your dentist may recommend an extraction to restore your oral health. Using gentle techniques and local anesthesia, decayed or damaged teeth can be safely removed to relieve discomfort or make space for dental implants, a bridge, or another type of tooth replacement. Schedule Today Learn More Oral Surgery Ridge Augmentation After losing a tooth, you may experience jaw bone loss if left untreated. That's why you may hear your doctor recommend ridge augmentation after tooth loss, an extraction, or before getting dental implants. Ridge augmentation recreates the natural contour of the gums and jaw bone to restore its previous function and form. Not only that, but it avoids the need for extra surgery after an extraction. Ridge augmentation is a necessary procedure so that you can keep the natural function and look of your smile. Schedule Today Oral Surgery Sinus Augmentation When there isn’t enough bone in the upper jaw to support dental implants, a sinus augmentation can help rebuild the area. We offer both vertical (internal) sinus lifts and lateral sinus lifts to safely create the space needed for new bone growth. By increasing bone height in the upper back jaw, this procedure provides the stable foundation necessary for long-lasting, successful dental implants. Schedule Today Oral Surgery Bone Grafting Waiting to replace a missing tooth can cause serious consequences. Soon after you lose a tooth, bone resorption begins, making it difficult to place dental implants properly. Bone grafting increases bone density so that you can restore your smile with dental implants. Having strong bone density is required for placing an implant as it needs to have a strong foundation for the restoration. Bone grafting is one of the first steps in widening your tooth replacement choices. Get in touch to learn more about how we can restore your smile. Schedule Today Restorative Dentistry Dental Implants Transform your smile and your life with dental implants that look, feel, and function just like natural teeth. Imagine rediscovering simple joys—biting into a crisp apple, laughing freely with friends, or speaking confidently in any situation—all without giving your teeth a second thought. Our expert team combines compassionate care with advanced technology to ensure your implant journey is comfortable and rewarding. No more compromising or hiding your smile; dental implants provide a permanent solution that seamlessly integrates with your remaining teeth, giving you back the complete, confident smile you deserve. Schedule Today Learn More Oral Surgery Immediate Implant Placement For eligible patients, we offer immediate implant placement at the time of tooth extraction. This technique-sensitive procedure allows us to place the implant right away, reducing the need to reopen the gum multiple times and helping preserve the natural bone structure. When appropriate, immediate placement can shorten overall treatment time while maintaining optimal aesthetics and stability. Schedule Today Oral Surgery Abscess Treatment We don't blame you for feeling anxious when a pocket of pus forms around your infected tooth root. This can cause not only stress but toothaches, poor breath, and even fevers. You don't have to deal with discomfort — let us solve the issue for you with an abscess treatment. An abscess treatment will clear out the pus and prepare your tooth before a root canal or extraction. This is the first step in your restorative journey to get your teeth back and thriving. Don't be afraid to get in touch if you are developing unwanted pus around your tooth. Schedule Today Platelet-Rich Fibrin We utilize Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) as an advanced, innovative treatment to enhance healing in various dental procedures. PRF is derived from your own blood, concentrated with platelets, growth factors, and cytokines, which promote rapid healing and tissue regeneration. This natural approach minimizes recovery time and improves outcomes in procedures such as dental implants, bone grafting, and periodontal therapy. Embrace the cutting-edge benefits of PRF to ensure faster, more effective healing. Schedule Today IV Sedation Your treatment doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. If you’re feeling anxious, have a sensitive gag reflex, or are preparing for a complex procedure, IV sedation can help you relax deeply and confidently. This advanced sedation method creates a calm, dream-like state while keeping you conscious and responsive. Most commonly used for oral surgery and other advanced treatments, IV sedation is carefully tailored to your needs to ensure comfort, safety, and peace of mind every step of the way. Better Oral Health Removing damaged or problematic teeth helps protect your oral health, preventing further complications and promoting overall well-being. Rebuilding a Strong Foundation Bone grafting helps restore lost bone and strengthen your jaw, creating a stable foundation for dental implants and supporting your long-term oral health. Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) We offer biologically-compatible materials to improve your treatment and recovery process. Platelet rich fibrin (PRF) accelerates the healing process, minimizes pain, and decreases swelling during treatment. Not only that, but it strengthens the function and structure of the bone. Comfortable, Stress-Free Extractions We offer IV sedation to help you stay deeply relaxed and comfortable during your extraction, ensuring a calm, safe, and stress-free experience. Get To The Root Of The Problem With digital x-rays, we get high-resolution images of your teeth that allow us to make more accurate diagnoses. When you’re in pain or experiencing an emergency, we can see why the tooth is reacting and if an extraction is needed. We Handle Wisdom Teeth Wisdom teeth can cause headaches, jaw pain, and crowding. We’ll evaluate your situation and walk you through the best plan of action. The Extraction Process Treatment Plan During your consultation, we’ll take digital x-rays to assess the condition of your tooth and the surrounding bone. We’ll explain whether extraction is truly necessary and walk you through any alternatives. If you’re moving forward, we’ll review the number of teeth to be removed, aftercare expectations, and any follow-up recommendations for tooth replacement. We’ll answer every question you have so you feel fully informed and know what to expect. Procedure Prep Before we begin, your comfort is our top priority. The area around your tooth will be thoroughly numbed with local anesthesia. Our team will walk you through what to expect and stay by your side throughout the entire visit. You’ll never feel rushed, and we’ll make sure you’re completely at ease before we proceed. Extraction & Healing The extraction itself is typically quick— simple extractions typically take only a few minutes once you’re numb and comfortable. We use gentle techniques to minimize trauma to the surrounding tissues. After your tooth is removed, the site will be cleaned and, if needed, closed with sutures. We’ll provide you with detailed aftercare instructions, including tips on diet, hygiene, and how to avoid dry socket. Most patients experience mild discomfort for a couple of days and are back to normal within one to two weeks. FAQs Frequently Asked Questions Check out these frequently asked questions, or call us to speak with our team. When is tooth extraction necessary? Tooth extractions are typically recommended when a tooth is beyond repair due to severe decay, advanced gum disease, trauma, or infection. Sometimes, a tooth may need to be removed to make room for orthodontic treatment or to prepare for a dental implant or denture. Wisdom teeth are often extracted if they’re impacted, causing pain, or crowding surrounding teeth. Your dentist will always explore all options before recommending removal, but sometimes extraction is the best way to protect your long-term oral health. Will I be in pain after my extraction and how long does it take to heal? You won’t feel pain during the procedure thanks to local anesthesia. After the numbing wears off, it’s normal to experience mild swelling, soreness, or discomfort in the area. These symptoms are usually most noticeable in the first 48–72 hours and taper off within a week. You can manage them with over-the-counter pain relievers, cold compresses, rest, and following your doctor’s aftercare instructions. If you experience worsening pain, prolonged bleeding, or signs of infection, contact us right away. Are extractions covered by insurance? Extractions required for impacted wisdom teeth, or to remove severely damaged or decayed teeth, are typically covered by insurance. To understand the specifics of your coverage, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly for more details. Stop Infection In Its Tracks Preserve your oral and overall health, and prevent the spread of infection to other parts of your mouth and body. Save Your Natural Tooth Eliminate the need for extraction and other more complex procedures down the line. No items found. The Root Canal Treatment Process Diagnostics & Preparation Your dentist will begin with a comprehensive examination of your tooth and x-rays to identify the cause of your dental discomfort. If an infection is present, they'll assess its severity to determine if a root canal is the appropriate treatment option. If root canal therapy is necessary, your dentist will ensure the treatment area is completely numb, including the nerves. Before starting the procedure, they'll discuss various sedation options with you to ensure your comfort throughout the treatment. Removing Decay & Infected Pulp Once you're fully numbed and comfortable, your dentist will begin the process of removing decayed or infected material. They'll start from the outermost layer of enamel and work their way towards the inner pulp. After removing the infected pulp, the canals will be thoroughly cleaned and flushed with a specialized disinfectant to eliminate any remaining infection. Filling & Sealing After cleaning and disinfecting your tooth, your dentist will fill the inner cavity with a rubbery substance called "gutta-percha". This inert material provides support to the tooth and replaces the extracted pulp. Following this, your dentist will determine whether to restore the tooth with a filling or a dental crown. This decision is based on the extent of decay and the amount of healthy enamel remaining on the tooth. FAQs Frequently Asked Questions Check out these frequently asked questions, or call us to speak with our team. Why might I need root canal therapy? Root canal therapy becomes necessary when tooth decay or trauma exposes the inner pulp to infection. Signs of infection can include: Toothache Swollen gums Sensitivity A root canal can relieve pain and preserve the structural integrity of your natural teeth, as well as prevent further complications. Does root canal treatment hurt? Not at all! Root canal therapy actually relieves pain caused by infection. With modern techniques and local anesthesia, the procedure is no less comfortable than getting a filling. We also offer sedation options for added relaxation. Can root canal treatment fail? What happens if it does? While most root canals are successful, failure can occur if any bacteria remain. In such cases, we will perform a retreatment to ensure all infection is eliminated. Is root canal therapy covered by insurance? Most dental insurance plans provide at least partial coverage for root canal therapy. Check with your provider for specifics about your plan's benefits. When left untreated, they can cause serious discomfort and may require more invasive procedures to alleviate. Thanks to fillings, your dentist can halt the progression of tooth decay in a single visit. By stopping by for your regular 6-month cleaning and checkup, you can prevent new cavities from forming in the first place. Schedule Today Restorative Dentistry Curodont treatment - Restorative Curodont is a non-invasive, drill-free treatment designed to help stop and reverse early-stage cavities in children. Ideal for treating small areas of enamel breakdown, Curodont works by rebuilding and strengthening tooth structure, often helping prevent the need for fillings. This gentle treatment is quick, painless, and well-tolerated by kids, making it an excellent option for young patients who may be anxious about traditional dental procedures. Schedule Today Restorative Dentistry Dental Crowns Dental crowns restore damaged teeth by covering and protecting what remains of your natural tooth. When you have a cracked or broken tooth, these custom caps not only shield the root but also improve how your teeth work together when you bite. If you've had a root canal or dental implant, your dentist will typically recommend a crown to strengthen the treated tooth. With several material options available, crowns help both your dental health and appearance, giving you back a smile you can feel good about. Schedule Today Restorative Dentistry Root Canal Therapy Toothaches can be a sign of a serious infection and cause significant discomfort. Fortunately, root canal therapy offers a solution to provide the relief you need and restore the health of your tooth. During a root canal procedure, the infected pulp of the tooth is removed, and the area is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Once the tooth has been properly treated, it can be restored with a filling or a dental crown to help maintain its structure. Not only can root canal therapy alleviate the pain caused by the infection, but it can also prevent the need for a tooth extraction. By saving your natural tooth, you can smile with confidence and avoid more extensive and costly dental work down the line. Schedule Today Learn More Restorative Dentistry Extractions Extractions are always a last resort because preserving your smile is our top priority. However, sometimes a problematic tooth causes more harm than good. In these cases, your dentist may recommend an extraction to restore your oral health. Schedule Today Learn More Restorative Dentistry Dental Bridges There's no need to keep covering up your mouth if a missing tooth is leaving a gap in your smile. With a dental bridge, the space left behind by one, or several, missing teeth can be permanently covered. The bridge is attached to your teeth on either side of the gap, so it won't slide around when you eat or speak. Your bridge also won't stand out from the rest of your smile — it can be color-matched to blend with your other teeth. Keep your teeth from shifting and reduce the risk of bone loss and problems with your bite by asking your dentist about a bridge. Schedule a consultation today to see if a dental bridge can help you complete your smile! Schedule Today Restorative Dentistry Dentures Dentures are a removable, affordable solution that can complete your smile after missing one or all of your natural teeth.
