With over 14 years of experience, he has built his career at the intersection of development, visibility, and placement, helping models get seen, get signed, and build sustainable careers. THE PHOTOGRAPHER Brandon built his name through model digitals and test shoots, becoming a go to photographer for models in the earliest stages of their careers. His work focuses on creating strong, agency ready materials that lead to real opportunities, not just visually appealing images. He is widely recognized as one of the leading model digitals photographers in the United States, and has expanded his approach by developing a network of photographers across multiple markets trained to replicate his standard. Today, he is the photographer many new models seek out when entering the industry, and his work has made him a trusted resource for developing talent at scale. THE INFLUENCER Brandon has built a combined audience of over 141K across TikTok and Instagram, becoming known for his candor in an industry that often lacks transparency. He is recognized for saying what agencies often will not publicly, giving aspiring models the clarity needed to get through the door, and helping signed models understand what it takes to consistently book. His “Can I Be a Model?” series has generated millions of views across social media, breaking down real submissions and providing direct, actionable feedback. Beyond content, he has hosted The Model Mixer events globally, connecting models with agencies, creatives, and industry professionals, leading to real opportunities and placements. THE MODEL DEVELOPER As his platform grew, Brandon began scouting models directly through his audience, identifying talent and guiding them through the early stages of development. That evolved into model management. He now manages a select roster of male models under B Andre MGMT, placing talent with top agencies in major markets across the US and internationally, including Wilhelmina Models, State Management, Boom Models, and One Management. His development approach focuses on alignment, ensuring each model is positioned correctly within the market to maximize long term opportunity. THE FOUNDER Brandon is the founder of Müdbord, an app designed to modernize the fashion industry by bringing structure, visibility, and access to talent discovery. Even in its early stages, Müdbord has attracted over 10,000 users, with agency scouts from top modeling agencies actively using the platform to discover new talent. Built from Brandon’s firsthand experience working with models and agencies, Müdbord represents the future of how talent is discovered, evaluated, and developed at scale. His Impact There has not been a figure quite like Brandon Andre in the modeling industry. His path does not follow a traditional lane. By leveraging photography, social media, and direct access to talent, he redefined what a photographer could become, evolving into a central force across development, scouting, and placement. What started behind the camera has grown into something larger. Today, he operates at the intersection of talent and infrastructure, earning the trust of both emerging models and industry gatekeepers, while building systems that are shaping the future of how the modeling industry discovers and develops talent. Starting in 2024, I will no longer be offering sessions on Sunday. I have committed to observing the sabbath day on Sundays going forward where I will be focusing the day on spending time with God, family, and friends. Resting and not working. Do you have a referral list of makeup artists you like working with? Yes, you can find and contact an artist here How long are the sessions? Each session has a different length of time. When choosing your session, you’ll be able to see how long that particular session runs. In my experience, males will finish quicker than the allotted time. Where are you located? Sessions are located in Studio City. Address is given out after booking confirmation Do I need a hair and makeup artist? Rule of thumb is that you want to show up to your casting looking like you do in your headshot, so if you hire a professional hair and makeup artist and you look absolutely nothing like your headshot then you will have problems. If you find yourself extremely terrible at doing your own makeup (which should look natural) then hire a professional. If you’re confident, then no you do not need one. How many images will I get? You get all of the raw files. There is no set number. As we shoot, I show you the images and then once we both like what we see we move on. We don’t move on until we’re both happy with what we see. When will I get the images back? Same-day delivery on all of my sessions and less than 3 days for retouched images. Are your headshots shot indoor or outdoor? I only shoot indoor. It’s better to control the lighting and we don’t have to battle against the weather and temperature. How do you send the images? I send via a dropbox link. Do you take deposits or can I pay the day of? I require FULL payment upfront. I’ve been doing this too long and learned that if I don’t take payments upfront people will ghost me and waste my time. As a result, I don’t view any inquiry as a serious booking until FULL payment is made in advanced on my website. I also have a proven record of integrity with this policy. Do you take cash? No cash. Either credit card payment on my website or venmo, zelle, or cashapp. I’m a man and I want to do half of my session with a beard and have shaven, can I do that? Yes, you can bring your shaving tools and we can shoot your first looks in a beard and then you can use the bathroom to shave for the latter looks. I’m a woman and I want to get half of my session with straight hair and the other half with curls/waves, can I do that? Depends on the session you book. If it’s an hour long session, that most likely won’t be feasible. But if it’s an 1hr in a half and you can do it quickly then sure! What is your cancellation policy? You can receive a refund up to 24hrs after you booked your session for buyers remorse. After 24hrs, there are no refunds. What if I can’t make it to my session due to unforeseen circumstances? I take it case by case. If it happens in LA and you text me beforehand giving me a heads up then I’m usually willing to reschedule the session. If it happens while I’m shooting in a different city, then we can reschedule for whenever I come back into town or if you come to LA, but there are still no refunds. Travel sessions are much more scarce since I’m not in that city often. When someone fails to show up without warning or notice (which the only justifiable reason for that would be if they died) they will not be refunded. What is considered a "look?" A look means 1 outfit. Can I wear glasses? The only glasses that work are ones without lenses. If you wear lenses, then the glare will obstruct your eyes and it will not be usable. If you want to shoot with glasses, then find ones without lenses. If I am wearing a shirt and jacket and want to take the jacket off is that considered 2 looks? No. That’s just considered 1 look. What if I am running late? Send me a text if you’re running late so I know you’re trying to arrive at least. If you’re late after 30min, then I charge a $30 late fee. If you’re late that you miss the entire session, then I charge a $100 rescheduling fee. Do you retouch the pictures? Yes, I highly recommend every image be retouched. It is a separate fee that can be added on to every session. If I am signed to an agency, do I need my agents approval before booking with you if I like your work? This actually very common scenario. I ALWAYS have to remind actors and models, when you’re represented that means these agents work for YOU. They make a living off of YOU. It’s your face, body, and talent that they are getting a percentage of. That means the only permission you need is your own. The reason why most agencies have a list of recommended photographers is because most actors & models are uninformed on what GOOD & USABLE images look like. As a result, they can hire cheap photographers instead of effective and great. Consequently, it then makes it harder for agencies to market them and get them work. So that’s why it’s easier for them to refer to a list of photographers who have a proven record of turning over usable images of their clients. I am one of those reliable photographers whether or not I’m on their list or not. So it’s a decision for only you to make since it’s your money you are spending at the end of the day. Will you be posting or sharing images from our session anywhere? Photographers own the copyrights to any images they create which gives them the authority to use the images as they see fit. I use all my images for my website, social media marketing, and advertisements to promote my business. By electing to hire me, you acknowledge that there is a possibility of me using your images for those purposes. Model Development and Portfolio Building for Kids + Teens The best way for kids & teens to start a lucrative modeling career is by building a strong portfolio. While most agencies will simply ask for cute images of your kid when submitting, not a lot of parents know how to capture the best pictures of their child. Agencies & brands expect to work with a kid model who is professional, expedient, and timely on set. They love kids who have a lot of personality and can deliver results during productions. This is why in my sessions your child is developed not only in front of the camera as a model, but also as a professional on set. Meet Your Photographer Brandon Andre is a photographer from Los Angeles, CA who has worked in the fashion industry for over 13+ years. My modeling digital sessions are special because when people come to me, they often come with little to no experience and scared, but eager to get started in their modeling careers. During our sessions I develop you, build you, and train you in front of the camera. My model digital sessions are essentially therapy wrapped in modeling. Come nervous, leave empowered & confident. How do I get my child signed as a model? Children can start modeling at any age… from infancy to teens, there is a product being sold that’s catered to every phase of life which means there is always a demand for models in advertisement and marketing. In order for your child to get signed by a modeling agency and get work, they need strong images of themselves that showcase their personality and how adorable they are in front of the camera. Once you have a strong set of images, you can then confidently submit them to kids talent & modeling agencies for a chance to get signed. The most important role for a parent is to train their child to be confident, comfortable, and familiar in front of camera and with responding to direction. Laughing on cue, eye contact with the camera, and showing energy/personality are the skills that lead to kid models getting booked. These are skills you can start teaching them early on by simply using your phone so that they are prepared for a professional shoot. Kid’s Modeling Digitals In LA Building Confidence Through Modeling For The Youth In my sessions, I work with kid & teen models AND their parents who are learning how to model and be on set for the very first time. I teach my talent how to move in front of the camera, how to feel confident in their poses, and how to give different facial expressions that adequately showcases their different looks and angles. Every person who comes to visit me get’s hands on training and leaves with newfound confidence ready to be booked for professional jobs with agencies. How Are Kid Model Digitals Used? To the left is an example of a kid model digitals. After your child takes their digitals, you’ll submit them online to kids talent agencies. If your child gets signed, then agencies will create a comp card that has all of their measurements including their name and social media handle. When you go with your child to castings, you will bring their portfolio and a comp card that you will leave with the casting director for the team to deliberate over. A comp card is essentially a models business card. On one side you have the model digitals and then on the other side you have some of their strongest images from their portfolio. Another benefit for kid model digitals is that clients like to see how talent look like right now. Since digitals are so simple and easy to get, it helps to see what a kid looks like at the point of interest for a brand. Some kid models might have a really cool hairstyle in their portfolio, but those photos are a couple of months old and they’ve since changed their hair. That can annoy some clients when they don’t have an accurate depiction of what you currently look like. During our sessions I develop you, build you, and train you in front of the camera. My model digital sessions are essentially therapy wrapped in modeling. Come nervous, leave empowered & confident. How To Take Model Digitals If you are a female model or a male model, you need digitals. Model digitals might be the single most important thing that gets a model booked in the fashion industry. Why? Because while your images from your portfolio may show you in action, sometimes what clients want to see is the real, authentic you. Natural and with no makeup. The only way to really gauge a models look isn’t by their images from test shoots or campaigns they’ve done, but by how they look in their digitals. I offer model digitals for models who are in need of an update or who just haven’t gotten them yet. The process is simple. You’ll come to my studio with 1 outfit that is form fitted to your body, we put you by the window light, and we capture different poses and expressions. We shoot a headshot, a full body shot, and waist-up shot. Then depending on your agency, we can get profile angles and other angles, but this is pretty much what you can expect from standard industry digitals. Modeling Digitals In LA Building Confidence Through Modeling In my sessions, I work with newer models teaching them how to move in front of the camera, how to feel confident in their poses, and how to give different facial expressions that adequately showcases their different looks and angles. Whether it’s their first time or they’ve been doing this for a long time, every person who comes to visit me get’s hands on training and leaves with newfound confidence. How Are Model Digitals Used? To the left is an example of a male models digitals. After you take your digitals, usually your agency will create a comp card that has all of your measurements including your name and most of the time your social media handle. When models go to castings they will typically take their portfolio that has these comp cards that they can leave behind for the production team to deliberate over. A model digital is essentially a models business card. On one side you have the models digitals and then on the other side you have some of their strongest images from their portfolio. Another benefit for digitals is that clients like to see how models look like right now. Since digitals are so simple and easy to get, it helps to see what a model looks like at the point of interest for a brand. Some models might have a really cool hairstyle in their portfolio, but those photos are a couple of months old and they’ve since changed their hair. That can annoy some clients when they don’t have an accurate depiction of what you currently look like. Model Digitals Photographer Are you looking to get signed to a modeling agency? Here’s what’s going to happen: You’ll submit yourself online or go into an open call at an agencies office. If you get signed you will be placed on their development board which is basically where all the new models go and they have a section on their website called “new faces” or “development” for both male and female models. During this stage your agency will send you out to get what’s called “test shoots” with photographers they have The Model Masterclass — By Brandon Andre Skip to Content Open Menu Close Menu By Brandon Andre Home B ANDRE MGMT Models Model Digitals Test Shoots Book A Coaching Call With Me My Podcast Show Model Coaching Program Find A Photographer Youth Kids + Teens Modeling My Digital Products DIY Model Digitals Guide Model Test Shoot Guides The Model Masterclass DIY Model Comp Card Pricing Actors Headshots Los Angeles Kids + Teens Headshots Asian Actor Headshots Black Actor Headshots Actor Headshot Examples Actors Headshot Checklist Contact Helpful Articles FAQs Reviews Contact Privacy Policy Login Account 0 0 Open Menu Close Menu By Brandon Andre Home B ANDRE MGMT Models Model Digitals Test Shoots Book A Coaching Call With Me My Podcast Show Model Coaching Program Find A Photographer Youth Kids + Teens Modeling My Digital Products DIY Model Digitals Guide Model Test Shoot Guides The Model Masterclass DIY Model Comp Card Pricing Actors Headshots Los Angeles Kids + Teens Headshots Asian Actor Headshots Black Actor Headshots Actor Headshot Examples Actors Headshot Checklist Contact Helpful Articles FAQs Reviews Contact Privacy Policy Login Account 0 0 Home B ANDRE MGMT Folder: Models Back Model Digitals Test Shoots Book A Coaching Call With Me My Podcast Show Model Coaching Program Find A Photographer Folder: Youth Back Kids + Teens Modeling Folder: My Digital Products Back DIY Model Digitals Guide Model Test Shoot Guides The Model Masterclass DIY Model Comp Card Pricing Folder: Actors Back Headshots Los Angeles Kids + Teens Headshots Asian Actor Headshots Black Actor Headshots Actor Headshot Examples Actors Headshot Checklist Folder: Contact Back Helpful Articles FAQs Reviews Contact Privacy Policy Login Account The Model Masterclass How To Get Signed & Become A Working Model The only online class for models that develops you in front of the camera & off camera. Do you notice your kid being energetic, outgoing, perceptive of emotions, understanding, and is constantly told is sooo cute and has a ton of personality? Then those are good signs that you might want to get your kid some headshots to start the process of their acting career. Fill out an inquiry form on my pricing page to start your booking process. Inquire To Book A Session Here How To Prepare For Kids Headshots Kid acting headshots are only a little different than adult headshots. What’s the difference? Well for one thing every child matures at a different rate, so only you the parent know how ready your child is to get involved in acting and get their headshots taken.  The main difference between adult and kid headshot sessions is how much involved the parent will be. You and I will have to work together with getting your child prepared and ready for their session.  Watch this guide to learn what to prepare for.  Kids Headshot FAQs My kid has braces should I wait to take headshots? It depends on how long it’s going to be until they have them removed. If they’re going to have on braces for the next year, then still get their headshots taken. If they’re off in a few months, then wait until then. Productions need kids and kids typically have braces, so although it might be ideal to have them take headshots when their braces are off and since you’ll be getting new headshots done frequently, there is no reason for you to delay taking their headshots. Does my kid need makeup? Most kids under 10 years old might not need makeup IF their skin is free of redness, pigmentation, discoloration, rash, etc. Usually on a production set they are likely going to have makeup on, so while it doesn’t hurt it’s a decision you as a parent have to decide. For kids 10+ since the skin is developing and likely being exposed to external and internal changes, I recommend foundation makeup for both boys and girls. My kid wears glasses is that okay? Yes, that is fine, but make sure you bring glasses that have the lens removed. Glasses with the lens on create a lens glare (even the ones that say they are anti-glare) and will not be suitable for photos. What kind of clothes should I buy for my kid? You can read my actor wardrobe guide here to get an understanding of the colors and types of clothes. It’s written for adults, but applicable for kids. Make sure you use your judgement. Actor’s Wardrobe Guide My kid is missing his front teeth? That’s cute and not a problem. It shouldn’t dissuade you from taking headshots. That is a natural part of life. Plus, your kid can always smile without teeth to have as an option. When is the right time to get my kids headshots taken? Now. Kids change constantly and the opportunities for child actors in TV and commercials are limited as they age out. Example: Your kid is 11 years old and he looks younger. The role is for a 9 year old and he looks the part, however, in 2 years he’s going to 13 and look way older, so they can’t cast him for the role. Kids can age out quickly and have to re-approach their careers as young teens or young adults. So the best time to get them started is yesterday. Does my kid need retouching? 1000% every professional headshot is always retouched and kids also should be as well especially if they don’t wear makeup. Kids will still tend to have some stray hairs or smudges and blemishes on their face, so it is highly encouraged to have your kids headshot retouched. What are "looks?" Looks can mean 2 different things: It can mean look as in different outfits or it can mean the character look, the actual expression + the outfit that each photo has. Example: kid is wearing the same outfit (one look), but in one photo he is laughing and in the other he looks like a smart guy. When we say “his look here…” we’re talking about the character he looks like. How often do I need to get my kids headshots updated? I would say 1-2 times a year. 2 times if they start the year off with a certain hairstyle and look and then 6 months in they have a completely new hairstyle and look. You want to update their headshots anytime they look different and kids can change pretty rapidly even within 6 months. Budget every year out for at least 2 headshot sessions is my recommendation. Are kids or teen headshots cheaper because they're kids? no. My guides are built from real working modeling portfolios, so you’re not left guessing which shots you need that attract jobs.  How It Helps Photographers Learn How To Shoot Models Learning how to shoot a model is the first step in becoming a reputable fashion photographer. These guides teach you exactly how to curate images that meet those needs and become sought out for by the fashion industry. Getting on Agency Lists Modeling agencies are in dire need of high quality photographers. A lot of photographers test for themselves and their own needs, but to get paid by agencies, you need to learn to shoot what their models need. My guides help you develop a book that will place you on agency lists and get you paid test shoots. Producing Industry Standard Images Newer photographers may struggle with achieving the high-level shots models and brands require. My guides provide detailed advice on fashion, lighting, and lens choices to help you capture the right images with the right quality. Developing Your Eye Building an eye for fashion and effective direction skills is a non-negotiable as a fashion photographer. Models often rely on photographers for direction in test shoots from styling, movement, facial expressions, what looks good and what doesn’t. My guides help photographers to develop instinct when working with models.  Model Test Shoot - FAQs What is a model test shoot? A photoshoot for a model’s portfolio is often called a “test shoot” and it’s a collaborative photo session where models, photographers, and sometimes stylists come together to create new images for the model's portfolio. It's an opportunity to showcase the model's versatility and skills without the pressure of a specific brand or real-world project. Why should you get a model test shoot? Doing model test shoots is one of the main ways models can increase their chances of getting bookings when they are signed to a modeling agency. Not only does regularly testing update and refresh your portfolio, but it allows you to experiment with different styles and poses helping you grow as a model while also making connections in the industry. Most modeling agencies use portfoliopad which is a software that sends out a package of models for brands to sort through. The cover image of your portfolio is the first thing a brand sees when they get the package, so having strong test images makes the difference between whether or not a brand clicks through your portfolio to get to know you or not. What to bring to a model test shoot? With my model test shoot guides, you’ll learn to bring the right outfits for the respective test shoot concept. Models nowadays are in a better position to further their career and opportunities if they learn how to style their own shoots and do their own simple hair and makeup. In most cases, models are expected to bring their own wardrobe and do their own hair and makeup unless they are hiring a stylist and makeup artist team.  Do models have to pay for test shoots? Paid test shoots are a way for models to ensure they are getting the necessary photoshoot images that an agency can use in their portfolios by working with a professional photographer. While some photographers offer what is known as “TFP” which is an antiquated term meaning “trade for print” what it really means is “mutually benefitting all parties” and so there are many instances where models can get free test shoots done. Shooting for free, however, can be riskier because photographers offering free work are typically newer to the craft and can be inconsistent in providing work that will actually be helpful to a models portfolio. Some photographers offering free trade shoots can have ulterior motives especially if they have no experience or relationships working with modeling agencies.  How long does a test shoot take? Test shoots can vary in length, but they usually last anywhere from 2 to 4 hours, depending on how many looks are being shot and the complexity of the setup. A typical test shoot will have about 4 looks and a model depending on whether they’re newer or not can take longer since they are still in development, while mo Photographer & Model Developer | Brandon Andre Skip to Content Open Menu Close Menu By Brandon Andre Home B ANDRE MGMT Models Model Digitals Test Shoots Book A Coaching Call With Me My Podcast Show Model Coaching Program Find A Photographer Youth Kids + Teens Modeling My Digital Products DIY Model Digitals Guide Model Test Shoot Guides The Model Masterclass DIY Model Comp Card Pricing Actors Headshots Los Angeles Kids + Teens Headshots Asian Actor Headshots Black Actor Headshots Actor Headshot Examples Actors Headshot Checklist Contact Helpful Articles FAQs Reviews Contact Privacy Policy Login Account 0 0 Open Menu Close Menu By Brandon Andre Home B ANDRE MGMT Models Model Digitals Test Shoots Book A Coaching Call With Me My Podcast Show Model Coaching Program Find A Photographer Youth Kids + Teens Modeling My Digital Products DIY Model Digitals Guide Model Test Shoot Guides The Model Masterclass DIY Model Comp Card Pricing Actors Headshots Los Angeles Kids + Teens Headshots Asian Actor Headshots Black Actor Headshots Actor Headshot Examples Actors Headshot Checklist Contact Helpful Articles FAQs Reviews Contact Privacy Policy Login Account 0 0 Home B ANDRE MGMT Folder: Models Back Model Digitals Test Shoots Book A Coaching Call With Me My Podcast Show Model Coaching Program Find A Photographer Folder: Youth Back Kids + Teens Modeling Folder: My Digital Products Back DIY Model Digitals Guide Model Test Shoot Guides The Model Masterclass DIY Model Comp Card Pricing Folder: Actors Back Headshots Los Angeles Kids + Teens Headshots Asian Actor Headshots Black Actor Headshots Actor Headshot Examples Actors Headshot Checklist Folder: Contact Back Helpful Articles FAQs Reviews Contact Privacy Policy Login Account Brandon Andre Photographer, Model Scout, & Model Developer ABOUT BRANDON ANDRE Brandon Andre is a Los Angeles based photographer, model developer, and founder of Müdbord recognized as a leading force behind the next generation of modeling talent. During this stage your agency will send you out to get what’s called “test shoots” with photographers they have Find A Photographer — By Brandon Andre Skip to Content Open Menu Close Menu By Brandon Andre Home B ANDRE MGMT Models Model Digitals Test Shoots Book A Coaching Call With Me My Podcast Show Model Coaching Program Find A Photographer Youth Kids + Teens Modeling My Digital Products DIY Model Digitals Guide Model Test Shoot Guides The Model Masterclass DIY Model Comp Card Pricing Actors Headshots Los Angeles Kids + Teens Headshots Asian Actor Headshots Black Actor Headshots Actor Headshot Examples Actors Headshot Checklist Contact Helpful Articles FAQs Reviews Contact Privacy Policy Login Account 0 0 Open Menu Close Menu By Brandon Andre Home B ANDRE MGMT Models Model Digitals Test Shoots Book A Coaching Call With Me My Podcast Show Model Coaching Program Find A Photographer Youth Kids + Teens Modeling My Digital Products DIY Model Digitals Guide Model Test Shoot Guides The Model Masterclass DIY Model Comp Card Pricing Actors Headshots Los Angeles Kids + Teens Headshots Asian Actor Headshots Black Actor Headshots Actor Headshot Examples Actors Headshot Checklist Contact Helpful Articles FAQs Reviews Contact Privacy Policy Login Account 0 0 Home B ANDRE MGMT Folder: Models Back Model Digitals Test Shoots Book A Coaching Call With Me My Podcast Show Model Coaching Program Find A Photographer Folder: Youth Back Kids + Teens Modeling Folder: My Digital Products Back DIY Model Digitals Guide Model Test Shoot Guides The Model Masterclass DIY Model Comp Card Pricing Folder: Actors Back Headshots Los Angeles Kids + Teens Headshots Asian Actor Headshots Black Actor Headshots Actor Headshot Examples Actors Headshot Checklist Folder: Contact Back Helpful Articles FAQs Reviews Contact Privacy Policy Login Account Book your modeling digitals with a trusted By Brandon Andre Partner in your area. Kids are also constantly developing year after year and look different, so getting regularly updated digitals is essential to keep your child ready to book new work. Kid Model Photographer How can I get my child into modeling? Navigating your child's entry into modeling involves exploring local agencies, considering relevant training classes/workshops, and showcasing their natural charm and personality. Begin by researching reputable agencies in your local market, ensure you have great photos of your child, then participate in their submission processes via their websites. What age is best to start child modeling in Los Angeles? Agencies in Los Angeles often prefer children over the age of five for modeling opportunities. It's recommended to allow your child time to grow and develop before actively seeking modeling opportunities in this competitive market. Can my child model? It can be tricky for asian actors to figure out which headshot photographer to go to because if you look at most photographers websites, it’s rare to find a lot of examples of asian actors. This is why actors within the Asian community in Los Angeles feel comfortable coming to me. Headshots For Actors The Asian community for actors is diverse in itself. From Pacific Islanders, South East Asian, and East Asia, understanding the different cultures, skin tones, and what colors best compliment each actor whatever their genetics are is a crucial part of what I offer in my headshot session prep. It’s true that not every color flatters every skin tone. There are colors that make you pop and there are colors that make you look boring. This is my specialty and why asian actors trust me. Not only that, but what’s important in a headshot photographer who is working with Asian actors is understanding the type of roles that are being cast and how to capture a headshot that offers all the ranges you need. Best photographer I’ve had the pleasure of working with in my career. Would give 6 stars if I could.” — Jay Joseph ★★★★★ “Very professional, educated, and informative. Made me feel comfortable and confident before, during and after my shoot.” — Cosmina Rosca ★★★★★ “I had the pleasure of shooting with Brandon recently. Extremely professional, makes his clients feel comfortable, and photo processing time is extremely quick. Photos came out great. I will be returning, and 1000% recommend his services.” — JW Henry ★★★★★ “Brandon was personable and professional from the start. The whole process was organized and easy. The session lasted exactly an hour and I got 4 great looks out of it. His photos captured a wide rage of emotions. The complete process was completed in under 48 hours which included touchups. I’d recommend him to anyone looking to capture their true essence.” — Michael Alberici ★★★★★ “Great communication, very professional, and super friendly. While visiting LA, I had the opportunity to shoot with Brandon. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for great quality headshots in the area at an affordable price. He made me feel very comfortable throughout my entire shoot and was very personable. He also has great insight for any young and upcoming artists pursuing a career in the performing arts. My headshots turned out incredible AND I learned some tips and tricks from him that will definitely help guide me through the industry. Book him!” — Sierra Suarez ★★★★★ “Brandon is professional and gives great direction to help you get the best possible headshots. He is super chill, and if you follow his instructions ahead of time to arrive on time, in makeup (nothing over the top—the headshot should still look like you), and with several different simple, timeless looks, no trendy fashions, you can have a fun and efficient session. He’ll send you all the photos so you can decide which ones are the best, especially if you paid to have the best ones retouched. When I told Brandon which three I thought were best, he agreed with two of them but suggested I try one from a better angle for the polo look. He was right—the polo look works better with the one he suggested. That’s why he’s the photographer. He understands lighting, angles, and color better than the untrained eye can. Check with him before you finalize your choices so you can see if maybe he sees a better angle from your set than the I one you chose. Once he pointed it out to me, I realized I had overlooked that choice because I wasn’t thinking of it the same way, and it truly is the best look. Pricing was very affordable and well worth it.” — Alex Kravitz ★★★★★ “Brandon is an amazing photographer and very personable. I am very pleased with the photographs taken by Brandon very professional and best in class. This was my very first time getting photographed starting my acting career and gotta say was quite nervous I even went a week early by accident and traveled over 14 hours and he still fit me in Brandon put my mind at ease and walked me through everything quick and easy highly recommended” — Nathan Castillo ★★★★★ “I loved working with Brandon! He is super cool person! 10/10 would recommend. AND I got the pictures that day! Definitely will not hesitate to come back!” — Mariah Jackson ★★★★★ “Brandon was great! Made me feel super comfortable and had great tips to get great shots! Parking was easy and accessible! Would book again!” — Ashley Bailon ★★★★★ “Brandon was amazing!! He was super professional and fast. My photos look so good!! I can’t wait for my next audition! Thank you so much Brandon for your patience with me and making this fun.I can’t wait to have another session!!!” — Alera Brown-Price ★★★★★ “Brandon shots came out great. It was what I expected. He was patient and helpful through out the whole session. I def recommend to anyone out there who needs cost effective and beautiful headshots!” — Ricky Jackson ★★★★★ “This was my first time ever getting professional headshots and I’m so glad I went to Brandon to get them! He knew what he was doing and that really made me feel comfortable. I’ve already recommended him to a couple friends and I can’t wait to take some more headshots in the future.” — Cece Darling ★★★★★ “Brandon is AMAZING! Among my black clients, the biggest feedback I’ve heard when I ask why they decided to book me is because I know how to shoot black subjects in a way that very few photographers in LA know how to do. Not only do I know how to properly light my actors, but over the 10+ years of being a photographer I sought to learn and understand the complexities of the smallest details like, for instance, hair which tends to be the biggest source of confusion for newer black actresses when prepping for their headshot session. Why Choose Me? While I’m known to create informative content generally to help actors on social media, I am most appreciated for even making specific videos for black actors that speak to their specific situations. I care about my clients and want them to be confident when coming to my studio. High-Quality Headshots For Black Actors My goal is to take act
