Members are expected to uphold standards of professionalism, civility, and respect in both private and public conduct, including on digital platforms and social media. Public statements or actions by members that are defamatory, threatening, harassing, or that celebrate violence or loss of life may be considered inconsistent with Chamber values. The Chamber reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, without refund, if a member’s actions materially harm the reputation of the Chamber, its members, or the community. Termination of membership will be at the discretion of the Chamber Board of Directors. Support for the Chamber Community Act in ways that support the mission and reputation of the Chamber and its members. Promote collaboration over competition, encouraging mutual success within the local business community. Refrain from using the Chamber platform to harm, defame, or discredit others.   Conflict of Interest Disclose any potential conflicts of interest when engaging in Chamber-related activities.
