This boutique hotel was completed in 1924, and charms visitors with its enchanting lobby containing remnants from the past and historical photographs that provide a glimpse into the history of Palo Alto. The accessible entry is next to the sidewalk, right off Hamilton Ave. There are no steps between the accessible entry to the main lobby area. The front desk is located in middle of the lobby. Check in is at the reception desk. Should you require a lowered check-in point, a staff member will be happy to provide you with a clip board in order to sign the registration document. Staff is also available to assist you with complimentary coffee and tea. There are no hotel rooms on the first floor of the hotel. All rooms are accessible by stairs or an elevator.
