FAQs General Questions Do I need an appointment? Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome! We'll do our best to accommodate you quickly and keep wait times short. How long does a wash take? Most dogs are in and out in just over an hour , thanks to our streamlined, efficient process. Fluffy pups, double coats, or dogs getting haircuts may take longer—our team will give you a time estimate at check-in. What services do you offer? We offer: Full wash & dry Nail trims Ear cleaning Light grooming (face, feet, sanitary trims) Full haircuts and breed-specific grooming All-inclusive spa packages for the ultimate clean, happy pup Dog Safety & Care Do you use gentle soaps and shampoos? Yes! We only use plant-based, hypoallergenic shampoos and conditioners that are gentle on skin and safe for all coat types. No harsh chemicals—just clean, happy dogs. Do you use heat dryers? We use gentle, low-heat dryers and hand-drying techniques for your pet’s comfort and safety. Can I stay with my dog? Absolutely. You’re welcome to wait inside or in the courtyard down below . Or, feel free to leave your pup with us —we’ll text you as soon as they’re ready! My dog is nervous. Can you handle that? We love shy and sensitive dogs. Our team is trained in handling nervous pups with patience and care. Let us know in advance so we can give them extra TLC. Policies What’s your cancellation policy? We get it—plans change. If you need to cancel: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged 50% No-shows will be charged the full service amount Can I drop off my dog and come back later?
