We convinced the District Attorney’s office he acted in self-defense and the case was dismissed before preliminary hearing. Acquitted Our client was charged with first degree murder in Contra Costa County and despite testimony from witnesses, he was acquitted by the jury.   Acquitted Our client was charged with vehicular manslaughter in Alameda County and was acquitted by the jury at trial. Acquitted Our client was charged with assaulting a police officer with his vehicle and was acquitted by a Contra Costa County jury.   Dismissed Our client was charged with stabbing a neighbor during a dispute. We convinced the District Attorney’s Office she had acted in self-defense and the charges were dismissed.
