I had interviewed several contractors. I didn't have any confidence in them. In my initial encounter with Josh, he showed very quickly that he knew what to do and how to do it. His knowledge of his craft is very impressive. I also appreciated the way he laid out a very detailed contract describing in detail of what would be done and the payment plan. He didn't require the usual 10% or 50% down payment requirement prior to starting work. Payments were made as work progressed over the 6 months of the project. The crew was professional and well equipped in skill and knowledge to do the work. I highly recommend Cutler Construction Services for your project. I'm currently looking for another house.
