Our roof was poorly re-shingled by unlicensed contractors (save money by always using licensed contractors!), so we needed an experienced roofer to redo everything; that is, remove the unused vents and redeck those areas before reshingling. Five different licensened roofers came during the week to inspect and bid. Itay was the only one who used a drone along with walking every inch; he (by far) spent the most time looking and measuring and taking notes of what he saw. He then explained in detail (more than the others) about what was good, what was bad, and what was ugly. Itay also recommended a lighter shingle color because it helps improve our solar panel production by keeping solar panels cooler. He really knows a lot about roofs and which factors to consider for every situation! We weren't able to watch him work since we already had plans on the days he was available, so we were happily surprised with his daily photos texted to us to know his progress. And were even happier when we returned home to the finished (perfect) roof.
