Smoking is only permitted in designated areas, or 100 feet from the door. Observe all Federal, State and Local Laws. Use of alcoholic beverages is restricted to designated areas, which are generally posted as such. During regular school hours, excluding lunch breaks, unaccompanied minors will be asked to leave Eastridge Center. It is important that the customers, visitors and tenants of Eastridge Center be able to shop safely and comfortably. To that end: Do not block access to store entrances, Eastridge Center entrances, or corridor or parking areas. Walk. Don’t run, skate or skateboard. Use our benches and chairs for sitting only. NOTE: Weapons of any type, in view or otherwise, are not permitted at Eastridge Center. All customers and visitors consent to a reasonable search for weapons of any type at any time while at Eastridge Center. Please visit the Management Office to request permission to take photos, videos or to make audio tapes of or on Eastridge Center, including photos or videos of store fronts. Without prior, written permission from Management, no such activity is permitted. The distribution of literature, solicitation, demonstrations, and special promotions or using the Property for any purpose other than shopping is prohibited without prior written permission from Eastridge Center. If you have any questions, please visit the Management Office for more information. When Eastridge Center and stores are closed you are required to leave. Please do not park or loiter on the property after mall closing. Unauthorized vehicles parked overnight may be towed at the Owner’s expense. Please follow these Rules of Conduct. If you do not, we will ask you to leave. You may also be subject to prosecution for violation of applicable laws or ordinances. Eastridge Center Parking Policies NOT PERMITTED – ALL VEHICLES Loitering in the vehicle or parking lot Parking in time limit areas for longer than the posted time limit Vehicles parked on property after 2am will be cited for overnight parking Parking in red zones Parking that blocks ADA ramps or paths Parking the opposite direction of traffic Parking on curbs, sidewalks, on top of rocks, or in planters Parking in any areas not properly marked as a parking zone (ie must be parking in a loading dock delivering, an ADA space, electric vehicle designated parking, motorcycle parking, or a marked parking space. All other parking is prohibited) Commercial/Oversized vehicles that do not fit within the marked parking lot spaces; Parking outside of a marked space, in multiple spaces, or in areas hindering traffic is prohibited. NOT PERMITTED —DELIVERIES/VENDORS Deliveries parking anywhere except for loading docks (receiving zones) and all deliveries must go through the loading docks and back corridors (ie nothing through the entrance doors or through the Center). Parking in loading docks for more than 15 minutes without prior approval from security/management. Bringing pallet jacks or pallets into the property common areas, mall entrances, or anywhere with tile Propping any doors open during deliveries Delivery trucks can park along the side and wait for receiving zones to clear for use, as long as no other parking policies above are violated.
