With more than 25 years in education as a High School and Elementary School Principal, Assistant Superintendent, District Alternative Education Coordinator, Principal of Special Education, and CEO of a charter school, I have had the privilege of learning from diverse communities across California. Those experiences have shaped my deep commitment to equity, innovation, and student success.   Throughout my career, I have focused on meeting the needs of all learners by fostering strong partnerships among educators, families, and the broader community. Together, we have developed programs that expand opportunities for students to thrive both academically and personally, ensuring that every child has access to a high quality education and the tools to reach their fullest potential.   My leadership philosophy is grounded in collaboration, transparency, and shared accountability. I believe that student achievement and well being are best achieved when we work together toward common goals. As your Superintendent, I am committed to promoting equity for all learners, advancing innovation and continuous improvement in instruction, and strengthening engagement across our schools and community.   In this first year, my focus will be on listening, learning, and building upon the strong foundation of excellence that defines Firebaugh-Las Deltas. Together, we will strengthen instructional practices, ensure equitable access and opportunity for every student, and celebrate the accomplishments of our staff, students, and families.   I look forward to working alongside each of you to continue the district’s proud tradition of excellence and to ensure that every student in Firebaugh-Las Deltas Unified has the support, encouragement, and opportunities they need to succeed.   Thank you for welcoming me into this incredible community. With more than 25 years in education as a High School and Elementary School Principal, Assistant Superintendent, District Alternative Education Coordinator, Principal of Special Education, and CEO of a charter school, I have had the privilege of learning from diverse communities across California. Those experiences have shaped my deep commitment to equity, innovation, and student success.   Throughout my career, I have focused on meeting the needs of all learners by fostering strong partnerships among educators, families, and the broader community. Together, we have developed programs that expand opportunities for students to thrive both academically and personally, ensuring that every child has access to a high quality education and the tools to reach their fullest potential.   My leadership philosophy is grounded in collaboration, transparency, and shared accountability. I believe that student achievement and well being are best achieved when we work together toward common goals. As your Superintendent, I am committed to promoting equity for all learners, advancing innovation and continuous improvement in instruction, and strengthening engagement across our schools and community.   In this first year, my focus will be on listening, learning, and building upon the strong foundation of excellence that defines Firebaugh-Las Deltas. Together, we will strengthen instructional practices, ensure equitable access and opportunity for every student, and celebrate the accomplishments of our staff, students, and families.   I look forward to working alongside each of you to continue the district’s proud tradition of excellence and to ensure that every student in Firebaugh-Las Deltas Unified has the support, encouragement, and opportunities they need to succeed.   Thank you for welcoming me into this incredible community.
