During your first visit, the doctor will take the history of your complaint and conduct an exam to determine the most likely diagnosis. After we’ve reached a diagnosis, we will then decide what the best treatment options are for your case. Imaging can be recommended when it is clinically indicated. We see one patient at a time in order to focus on your individual needs. The initial appointment time is approximately 40-45 minutes depending on the severity of your condition. Your initial appointment includes an exam, treatment with different therapies that the doctor recommends for your specific issue and an adjustment. The proceeding follow up visits are approximately 20-30 minutes. OUR APPROACH RECOVERY Our goal is to provide the best possible care throughout your recovery. We believe it is important to understand all contributing factors of a given condition, so our treatment approach is designed to address the source of pain, as well as a plan for recovery. This is done in a three-step process: reduce symptoms by decreasing inflammation, promoting the healing process, and restoring motion; increase function by incorporating exercises and stretches; modify daily activities to decrease re-occurrence. Many of our patients are fortunate enough to have medical insurance to help cover the cost of Chiropractic treatments. However the majority of insurance plans do not cover all of the treatments in full. You are responsible for your copayment, deductible, and/or co-insurance at the time of service. Our Doctors pursue insurance contracts in order to provide flexibility and access to our patients. We are currently in-network with many insurance carriers, the most common of which are listed below. We also offer competitive rates for out-of-network insurance carriers and special offerings to those without health insurance. As we are not an insurance company nor do we represent any such company, we cannot guarantee any eligibility, extent of coverage or any payment by your insurance. We as a provider’s office won’t know for certain what your insurance allows until we file your claim to the insurance company and receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from the insurance company. If, for some reason, your insurance does not pay for certain services, you are ultimately responsible for charges incurred in our office Since each plan’s benefits vary, we encourage all of our patients to contact their insurance companies to inquire about their Chiropractic benefits. Our staff may also check on your benefits as a courtesy prior to your first visit, however, any benefits verified on our behalf are not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company. This is where we listen to your complaint, complete an examination, then discuss the treatment options with you. We offer multiple therapies and make sure you are comfortable with the entire process. Routine Visit $80 Routine visits are approximately 20-30 mins long. This is where we treat the identified problem. This will include working with the muscles, joints and other factors that may be causing pain or dysfunction. Cash Patient Package* $700 for 10 routine visits Cash patient package includes 10 visits with a 10 dollar discount per visit. This discount is offered as a time of service discount and cannot be billed to your insurance. *Package rate is for individual use only. It must be used within a year from the date of purchase. Unused dollar amount at the end of the year can be used as credit towards the cash discounted routine visit rate applicable at the time, or refunded by request. WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY CHIROPRACTIC APPOINTMENT ? There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your appointment within 1 business day notice or you no show for an appointment, you are responsible for $25 cancellation fee. Please leave a voicemail, calls are time stamped and will be returned in the order that they are received. In the case of an emergency, when missing the appointment is unavoidable, this fee may be waived, however please do contact us as soon as you can. WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY MASSAGE APPOINTMENT ? Fascial release techniques are applied to target both superficial fascia and deep muscle layers. These sessions require more time in one area as techniques are applied slowly to allow for holding patterns to release in fascia and muscle. Injury Recovery Modalities like electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and cupping are commonly used alongside hands-on care and rehab exercises to speed up recovery. They don’t “fix” an injury on their own, but they can create better conditions for healing, reduce pain, and help patients tolerate movement sooner. Shock Wave This uses high-energy sound waves delivered into the tissue. Stimulates healing: Promotes tissue repair through Mechanotransduction, triggering cells to regenerate damaged tissue.
