If this rating were just based on the staff, it would be a 10/10. They were super kind and accommodating. I got a single room and the positives were that it was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were extra blankets and pillows. The hotel is in the central area of the city, very convenient to reach the main points of interest. Radu 10 /10 Rating: Average Published 01 Sep 2023 "Superb" - the location was nice: next to the main Market Street - the room had great facilities (enough sockets, sink, TV, chairs and tables) - the receptionist was super nice: not being familiar with the public transport, he took the time to help me navigate all the tricks and helped organize a visiting route for just 1 day; big kudos to him; -very responsive on Booking messaging ( since I arrived in the evening, I was afraid there will be delays in the plane arrival so since the reception closes at 10 pm I thought that this would mean loosing my reserved spot.
