Student Privacy & Approved Tools We take student data privacy seriously. The proposal is that the District ask the voters for approval to levy a qualified special tax (parcel tax) on all taxable, non-exempt real property within the District, replacing and increasing the existing Measure L parcel tax, in order to raise funds to support critical educational programs and services in the Lafayette schools. The public hearing will be held at 4:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, as a part of a special meeting of the Governing Board, on March 3, 2026. The Board will consider taking final action on the proposal at that meeting. The Board meeting will be held in the Stanley Middle School Library, 3455 School Street, Lafayette, California.
