Step One: Join the Waitlist In order join the waitlist, parents & guardians must schedule a tour of our facility. Tours are scheduled to accommodate one family at a time. ​ After joining the waitlist, we will contact you one month prior to your ideal start date if an opening is available.  ​ There is no fee for joining our waitlist! Download Registration Packet Ask A Question Step Two: Enrollment Upon enrollment, there is a registration fee of $200.00 (nonrefundable) in order to secure placement.     Enrollment is month to month; you are not ”locked” into your child's enrollment.    Tuition of 2,700.00 is due on the 1st of each month. There is a five-day grace period. There will be a $25.00 late charge added if not paid within that grace period.   Full tuition payment is due each month regardless of absences, personal or school vacations. Parking is available through the alley off of Yale (between Santa Monica Blvd and Broadway). Our Facility Our facility is cleaned and maintained according to the state and city regulations. We use Hydrogen Peroxide Wipes to sanitize toys throughout the day, and again at the very end of the day when we stage for our following day of fun. ​ Our facility is one room containing areas designated for age appropriate play. We have a nap room that uses blackout curtains, a sound machine and an air purifier. In our nap room each child has their own individual crib or cot. ​ Our  changing room is separated and children’s diapers and creams get organized into personal labeled baskets. We have an enclosed yard that is shaded by canopies, where we enjoy weather appropriate play throughout the day.   Our kitchen is equipped with baskets labeled with your child’s name so we can organize food that gets brought in daily. We have refrigerator and freezer space that we use to meet our families needs. ​ LCI will provide all spoons, forks, plates, bowls, sheets, blankets, mats, cubbies, baskets, and filtered water for all food needs.   LCI will NOT provide food outside of our daily offered snacks, water bottles, baby bottles, formula, diapers, wipes, and creams. We aim to accommodate each child’s individual rate of development in a child friendly environment. We care for children ages 16 weeks to 24 months. ​ Our hours are 8am to 4pm Monday-Friday Tuition cost is 2,700 a month Our Goal The goal of the Lighthouse Center for Infants is to express the love, care and compassion of Jesus Christ to all as we endeavor to provide developmentally appropriate and excellent quality care for the infants and toddlers assigned to our care. We accept the challenges and privileges of facilitating a child’s growth and in discovering God’s word as we partner with parents in every aspect of their child’s maturation and development. ​ We believe that as parents, you are responsible for the training of your child. Our desire is to partner with you! Each staff member has a desire to participate in the physical, cognitive, and emotional development of your child.   All staff members have completed licensing regulations for their position meeting California state licensing requirements. All staff members have either fully completed or are working towards completing their Early Childhood Education. All staff are committed to learning and growing through continued education that is offered from multiple affiliated agencies. All our staff have CPR certification including First Aid training.
