To access many of our Services, you must register for an account through the Website or Mobile App (an “ Account ”). In registering an Account, you agree to (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form (your “ Registration Data ”); and (ii) maintain and promptly update your Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. You represent that you are (a) at least eighteen (18) years old; (b) of legal age to form a binding contract; and (c) not a person barred from using the Services under the laws of the United States, your place of residence or any other applicable jurisdiction. Modifying, Suspending or Terminating Services . You may be required to place a deposit to reserve the Matic, which will be specified through the Services at the time of reservation (the “Deposit”).
