I contacted this law firm because I was involved in an accident a few months ago, but it turned out to be the worst decision I could have made, as they are extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and rude. Initially, they stated that they would take my case. Some time passed, and they called me to get an MRI. I told them I didn't have the money to pay for the MRI, but they told me not to worry, assuring me that they would take care of covering the cost. I pressed the issue, asking what would happen regarding payment for the MRI in the event that they decided not to continue representing me—for example, if the other party didn't have insurance. They kept telling me not to worry; that if such a scenario arose, they would handle it and I wouldn't have to be concerned about it. I went to get the MRI at the facility they directed me to. Days later, they informed me that they would no longer represent me because the person who hit me didn't have insurance—which was exactly what I had suspected would happen. A few days after that, I received a bill from the clinic where I had the MRI for the amount of $4,200. I called the lawyers to ask why I had received the bill, specifically since they had told me they would take care of it; however, they refused to answer and wouldn't pick up the phone. Finally, an assistant named Alicia G.—who is extremely rude—answered; she repeatedly told me that the lawyer would call me back within two hours—something he actually never did, as they never called me back at all. Furthermore, they had the audacity to claim that they had *never* said they would cover the cost of the MRI. They are absolute liars. One of the things that infuriated me the most was that I actually have health insurance; Had I known they wouldn't cover the cost of the MRI, I would have gone to a facility that accepted my insurance instead of going where they sent me. I am still waiting for them to call me back.
