Once the inspection is completed, we can give you an accurate estimate of needed repairs with rationales and priorities on each item, so you can make an informed decision.

In 2008 we were the first independent garage to repair MINI’s in San Francisco.
Over the years we’ve invested in technicians, specialty tools, software and scanners to enable us to perform MINI repairs on the level of the dealership. Today when other bay area repair shops need advice on MINI repair, they contact us for consult, or will often refer the difficult repairs to us.
We only employ highly trained technicians who have followed the correct educational path to becoming Master Technicians. This takes multiple years in foundational trade school, followed by MINI, BMW, VW, and Audi specific training, and continuing education to keep up the knowledge on newest technology and current issues.
Owners:
Jacob Ellison spent the first part of his career at Stevens Creek MINI. This enabled him to attend factory training to become a Master Technician.
Jose Rodriguez Jr. was born and raised in San Francisco graduated From MINI step program, and worked for the MINI dealership previous to his term at Pearce Autotech.
Jason, the original owner, felt that handing down the ownership to Jacob and Jose would be the best progression for Pearce Autotech. Since Jacob and Jose were long term employees at Pearce Autotech, this ensures customers still get great service by the same technicians that have always serviced your car.

We recycle all materials from parts packaging to scrap metal. We use a non-toxic Aqueous tank to clean parts instead of harsh chemical solvents. We also have equipment that captures and recycles your vehicle air conditioning refrigerant. We are continuously looking for new alternatives to the old ways of auto repair to help prevent pollution and minimize waste. In an effort to save water, we are limiting car washing. If you want your car washed (or not) please let us know when dropping off your car.

We only employ highly trained technicians who have followed the correct educational path to becoming Master Technicians . This takes multiple years in foundational trade school, followed by MINI, BMW, VW, and Audi specific training, and continuing education to keep up the knowledge on newest technology and current issues. Owners: Jacob Ellison spent the first part of his career at Stevens Creek MINI. This enabled him to attend factory training to become a Master Technician. Jose Rodriguez Jr. was born and raised in San Francisco graduated From MINI step program, and worked for the MINI dealership previous to his term at Pearce Autotech. Jason, the original owner, felt that handing down the ownership to Jacob and Jose would be the best progression for Pearce Autotech. Since Jacob and Jose were long term employees at Pearce Autotech, this ensures customers still get great service by the same technicians that have always serviced your car. We use a non-toxic Aqueous tank to clean parts instead of harsh chemical solvents. We also have equipment that captures and recycles your vehicle air conditioning refrigerant. We are continuously looking for new alternatives to the old ways of auto repair to help prevent pollution and minimize waste. In an effort to save water, we are limiting car washing.
