CHECK-IN REQUIREMENT BINDING POLICY All clients are required to arrive and complete check‑in no later than thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. ​ Failure to check in at least 30 minutes before the appointment constitutes a late arrival. In such cases, the originally scheduled appointment time is no longer guaranteed, and the appointment will be delayed and reassigned strictly based on remaining availability. ​ No exceptions will be made. Timely check‑in is the client’s responsibility.
