We have both male and female therapists to serve you. If you have a preference, please specify when arranging your appointment. HEALTH CONDITIONS To ensure that you receive the complete benefit of your service, it is recommended that all spa patrons drink plenty of water prior to their treatment as well as afterwards. Please advise your therapist of any allergies, injuries, or other conditions prior to treatment. HOME CARE Professional-quality spa products are available for your continued care at home. You are welcome to purchase products at the spa desk and we will ship to you anywhere within the world. Shipping charges will apply. PRICES In-room spa services include massage, manicures and facials. There is an additional 20% surcharge for all in-room services. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as forms of payment. If you are staying at the hotel, you may also charge spa services and products to your room. Gratuities are not included in your service. If you feel you would like to show appreciation to your technician, you may leave them a gratuity in a special envelope available at the spa’s reception desk.
