KRISTOFER ROBERTS I referred Power Property Management a Large Investor client that owns many buildings in Los Angeles and needed help in many areas. One, 55 unit building was in REAP and PPM was able to clear ALL violations within 30 days with LAHD inspector and in time for the hearing resulting in removing the building out of the REAP program. Another troubled 44 unit building had an occupancy rate of 81% and delinquency rate of 16%. Within 60 days PPM brought the occupancy rate up to 95% and the delinquency rate down to 4.5% and stabilized the building.
