It was extremely easy to request and schedule the appointment (note that if you have a van or truck you need to schedule it for SUV and they will adjust). Payment was also very easy since you get a link via text or email and you pay / tip them. Jonathan detailed the Van and Sedan (exterior and interior) on Friday (took him 6-7hrs, but he was extremely respectful and even showed me if there were any concerns that I needed to know. Victor detailed the truck exterior and polished several spots that had numerous scratches on Saturday. He would check with me if the polished areas were good and if there was anything that he could also look at. Both Jonathan and Victor were extremely professional and I would reach out again when my vehicles need cleaning again. I booked an appointment online and received a text message and email right away to confirm my appointment and some details of my car situation and location. A couple days before my appointment, Peter reached out confirming my appointment and concerns of my parking situation which was a tight and tough spot to work with without blocking street traffic but we found a spot and made it work. Peter and his assistant took care of my car right away. They shampooed the interior of my car. On the seats, it had dry throw up, dry ice cream, dry orange chicken sauce, and unpleasant smells. They made it look and smell like-brand new again. The sand, dirt, and hair from the car are gone and they even cleaned my rubber shoe mats in the passenger, front seat, and back seats. The glove department had crumbs and dry coffee creamer stuck to the tight corners and they managed to remove all the crumbs and creamer. They removed all the crust from the gear stick and even the lining of the stick. The exterior of my car had bird droppings and a slightly thick layer of dust from the morning fog and dirt throughout the days. My headlights have not been restored for over 9 years and I can finally see the details of my headlights again. They even put a finish gloss to protect the headlights from getting the yellow coating layer and made me aware to not touch the headlights for the next 48 hours. They cleaned and shined my mirrors. Platform Role & Acknowledgment of Independent Contractors Primeshiners is a technology and lead-generation platform, not an auto detailing company. We provide software that connects consumers ("Clients") with independent mobile auto detailing professionals ("Service Providers"). By booking through the Primeshiners platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that: The detailing services are performed entirely by third-party Independent Contractors, not by employees, agents, or partners of Primeshiners. Primeshiners does not supervise, direct, or control the Service Providers, nor do we dictate their methods, schedule, or equipment. Your service contract for the physical detailing work is strictly between you and the Service Provider. 2. The Trust & Safety Fee To maintain the integrity of our referral network, Primeshiners applies a mandatory, non-refundable Trust & Safety Fee of $4.99 to every booking. This fee is strictly retained by the Platform and does not go to the Service Provider. It funds: Secure Communications: The maintenance of our encrypted VoIP proxy network, ensuring your personal phone number and data are shielded from third parties. Platform Security: Identity verification and onboarding verification of the independent Service Providers in our network. Software Maintenance: The continuous operation of our booking, dispute resolution, and payment gateways. 3. Payments, Cancellations, and Upsells Primeshiners acts strictly as a limited payment collection agent on behalf of the Service Provider. Same-Day Modifications: If you request additional services on-site (e.g., headlight restoration, pet hair removal), the Service Provider will update your invoice through our secure platform. Direct Payments Prohibited: To protect your data and ensure the security of your transaction, all payments and gratuities must be processed through the Primeshiners platform. Paying a Service Provider directly in cash or via peer-to-peer apps (e.g., Venmo, Zelle) violates these Terms and voids any platform support for dispute resolution. 4. Limitation of Liability & Property Damage (The "Damage Shield") PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT LIMITS OUR LIABILITY.
