The tour was supposed to end at 1:30pm and i had my time carefully planned. at 1:21 I call him back to ask where he is where he immediately begins to give me attitude, telling me that I was the problem since I came late… Even if i was early, Fil wasn’t there even at 1:27 when I decided to leave after Fil told me he would be cancelling the appointment since I didn’t like the fact that he wasn’t even on the premise towards the end of our appointment. Extremely rude and disrespectful customer service. I called their number over 5 times to try to get help from someone else. never once did they answer, i sent an email with my concerns and got no reply. Need better screening of your staff and to have someone actually answer your phone number.
