Love getting my care at this office. I had to have a lot of work done on my last check-up and they were so fair, working with my insurance coverage to get me the proper care for the most reasonable price. Aura helped me a lot with starting the process of financing my treatments, and she knows me by name 🙂 Cindy has also helped a whole lot with coordinating my care. I’ve been seen by the owner, Dr. Arash, more than once. He’s totally obsessed with his work and shares his passion with his patients. All of my work was done by Dr. Sobhani, he was so kind and thorough. Ana is a dental assistant with a ton of experience, I could essentially hear her reading the Dr’s mind as they were working. Totally in good hands. I feel safe and I trust this office. (My previous dentist’s office did weird things like ordered unnecessary treatments and sent the billing person in to charge me before the doctor had even explained the treatments. I did not trust them…. That’s why I found a new office.)

The effects wear off quickly, allowing you to return to your daily activities after your appointment. Oral Sedation: Oral sedation involves taking a prescribed medication before your appointment to help you relax. Depending on the dosage, oral sedation can range from mild relaxation to moderate sedation, where you are still conscious but less aware of the procedure. IV Sedation: IV sedation provides a deeper level of sedation through medication administered directly into your bloodstream. You will remain conscious but in a deeply relaxed state, with little to no memory of the procedure. This option is ideal for more extensive treatments or severe anxiety. General Anesthesia: For patients requiring complete unconsciousness during their procedure, general anesthesia is administered by an anesthesiologist. This option is typically reserved for complex surgeries or patients with extreme dental phobia. The high concentration of growth factors in PRP stimulates cell proliferation and tissue repair, helping you recover faster from dental procedures. Reduced Inflammation and Pain One of the key benefits of PRP is its ability to reduce inflammation and pain at the treatment site. The anti-inflammatory properties of PRP help minimize discomfort and swelling, leading to a more comfortable recovery experience. Enhanced Tissue Regeneration PRP promotes the formation of new blood vessels (angiogenesis) and the regeneration of both soft and hard tissues. This enhanced tissue regeneration leads to better outcomes in procedures like bone grafts, periodontal therapy, and oral surgery. Dental platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a treatment that uses a small sample of your own blood to promote faster healing. The blood is processed to concentrate platelets, which are rich in growth factors that support tissue regeneration. How is PRP used in dentistry? PRP is commonly used in dental procedures such as tooth extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and oral surgery to help speed up healing and improve treatment outcomes. Is PRP treatment safe? Yes, PRP is considered very safe because it uses the patient’s own blood. This reduces the risk of allergic reactions or complications during the healing process. What are the benefits of PRP in dental treatments? PRP can help reduce swelling, improve healing time, promote tissue regeneration, and enhance the success of certain dental procedures such as implants and bone grafts. How long does the PRP procedure take? The PRP preparation process usually takes about 10–20 minutes. It is then applied during the dental procedure to support faster recovery and healing. These supplements contain specific types of fiber and other nutrients that beneficial bacteria can digest and use for energy. By selectively nourishing these bacteria, prebiotics help maintain a healthy balance in your oral microbiome, making it harder for harmful bacteria to proliferate. This balanced environment supports overall oral health, reduces the risk of dental diseases, and promotes fresher breath. Common symptoms include redness, swelling, and bleeding during brushing or flossing. Gingivitis is often caused by plaque buildup and is reversible. Advanced periodontitis requires intensive treatment. Recognize the Signs of Gum Disease Early detection is key to effective treatment and maintaining healthy gums. Gum disease often starts silently, but recognizing its early symptoms can help prevent serious complications. Common signs of gum disease include: Red, Swollen Gums: Healthy gums are pink and firm.
