The photos agencies ask for when they want to see the real you. Model digitals, sometimes called model polaroids, are clean, simple photos that show your current look without heavy styling, dramatic lighting, retouching, or editorial concepts getting in the way. Model digitals are usually used for agency submissions, casting updates, open calls, portfolio refreshes, and situations where clients or agents need to see your face, body proportions, hair, skin, and natural presence clearly. Unlike fashion editorials or beauty shoots, digitals are intentionally simple. The goal is not to create a fantasy version of you. The goal is to create clear, honest, professional images that show what you actually look like right now — which, frankly, is rude but useful. Digitals are not about doing more.
