We do however have a $10,000 minimum for each event. All events will incur a 3% facility fee charge to cover overhead costs at the venue, including, but not limited to, water, electricity, maintenance, supplies, etc. SITE MANGER All events require 1-2 site managers based on number of guests and are billed at $85.00 per hour per manager. LIGHTING AV All AV requirements will need to be provided by the client. Each of our designated areas have some available lighting. Your production team will need to assess if additional lighting is necessary. Our showroom, apart from the garden, is equipped with a Sonos system that is available for use. PARKING We have 25 available parking spaces on the Showroom side and another 28 parking spaces on the Greenhouse side. Events with over 200 guests per contract will require a valet service. BATHROOMS The use of on-site bathrooms are included with the venue. We do require an attendant to maintain the restrooms during your event. Events with over 200 guests may be required to supplement restrooms with luxury restroom trailers. PREFERRED VENDORS We have collected a wide list of preferred vendors that we would love to share with you. You also may use vendors of your choice. These vendors will need to be approved by our Events Department. TRASH REMOVAL We have a 40 yard (22’ x 8’ x 8’) dumpster on site, which is available for use at $700/haul. INSURANCE We require COI’s from all vendors and clients as well as a waiver of subrogation and endorsement page. The Arrangement Bar™ is where our designers create custom plant arrangements—both real and faux—for your home, office or any space. All custom arrangements are designed and built by our team at Rolling Greens Culver City, but you can place an order at any of our locations. Every store also offers a rotating selection of Grab & Go Arrangements , available in a variety of styles and sizes, perfect for last-minute gifts or a quick home refresh. What is a Barista? Our Arrangement Bar Baristas are incredibly talented plant designers trained to incorporate imagination and creativity into every piece, regardless of size or quantity! They’ll use combinations of succulents, orchids and exquisite green plants to make beautiful works of art for your home. All of our Baristas are located at our Culver City flagship store. Do you need an appointment? No appointment is needed to place a custom Arrangement Bar order. You can drop by any Rolling Greens location—Culver City, Studio City, or Beverly Grove—to start your order. If you would like to work with a Barista one on one, we recommend visiting Culver City. We do work with clients on a first-come, first-serve basis. How does the Arrangement Bar work? STEP 1: CHOOSE. Pick a vessel from our collection or bring your own. Then select your plant material—live or faux—with help from our team. STEP 2: DESIGN. Collaborate with a Barista (if at Culver) or a Team Member (if at another location) to bring your vision to life. You can also let the Baristas design something based on your style and space. STEP 3: PLANT. All arrangements are made by our Culver City Arrangement Bar team. If you place your order in Culver City, it may be ready in as little as 24 hours. If you place your order at Studio City or Beverly Grove, expect 2–4 days for completion. How long does it take? Can you make the arrangement while I shop? Timelines depend on the project and where the order is placed: Culver City orders: typically, ready within 24 hours Studio City or Beverly Grove orders: typically, ready in 2–4 days Do you have any pre-made arrangements? Yes! Every Rolling Greens store features a rotating selection of Grab & Go Arrangements in various sizes, styles and price points—ready when you are. Need something quicker? Planting a single plant in a container (yours or ours) can often be done on the spot. I have a unique container at home I’d like filled. Could you do that? Absolutely! We love to bring new life to existing vessels. I previously bought an arrangement from Rolling Greens and it needs some love. Can I bring it in for a refresh? Yes! Our team can refresh your existing arrangement for a small labor fee plus the cost of new materials. How can I work at the Arrangement Bar? If you’re creative and have experience with scale and design, the A.Bar could be the perfect place for you to work! We’d love to meet you, so please fill out an application on our website. Learn + Grow Workshops What are Learn & Grow Workshops? Our Learn & Grow Workshops are intimate, therapeutic and hands-on experiences where you have the chance to be creative and escape the everyday! In our public workshops, hosted at our retail locations, you'll join a group of 8-18 participants to craft a botanical masterpiece led by our skilled baristas. These workshops occur at least once a month, with the type of arrangement changing each month. For more personalized gatherings such as bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, or team-building, our private workshops cater to groups of 6 or more. To join our monthly Learn & Grow Workshop, simply purchase a ticket. Buy workshop tickets here. Where's my workshop ticket? There is no physical workshop ticket—simply check in on the workshop day with your name and order number. Watch for emails from Rolling Greens with your order details, attendance confirmation, and preparation tips. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder. To gift your ticket, add the recipient’s name in the Order Notes at checkout or email us with their name and your order number. What’s the difference between a mini workshop and a regular workshop? Our mini workshops are open sessions where you can drop in at the Arrangement Bar during the specified time frame at your convenience, and one of our baristas will be there ready to guide you through creating the project. We find most people finish their projects at our mini workshops within 20-30 minutes, though you can stay as long as it takes to complete yours! Our regular workshops are more structured experiences where you’ll be in a group of 10-15 people creating a larger, more complex project together with the guidance of one of our baristas. These sessions are typically 2 hours. Is the price of materials covered with the workshop ticket? Yes! Your ticket cost includes everything you need to create the arrangement that you’ll take home after. What if I want to purchase something else afterwards? Your ticket includes a same-day 10% retail discount, so go for it! Simply give your name at the register before or after the workshop to redeem. What if I want to create the arrangement with someone... can I buy one ticket to cover the cost of materials instead of two? Our workshops offer limited seating, an exclusive experience, and amenities like wine. To ensure every guest enjoys the full experience, each participant must purchase their own ticket, even if working on the same arrangement. Exceptions are made for adults co-creating with children aged 6–12. What’s the age requirement for workshops? We welcome participants aged 14 and over to our workshops! Children under 6 are not allowed, as we use tools that could pose a safety risk to younger attendees. I can no longer attend the workshop... can I receive a refund? All workshop tickets are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend, you may be able to transfer your ticket to another individual. RETURNS & EXCHANGES The plant I bought is wilting/has bugs in it, can I exchange for a new one? At Rolling Greens we strive to provide the best quality plants for all of our customers. If the plant you have purchased was damaged or infested prior to you bringing it home, we are happy to exchange the plant at no cost to you. However, plants are living things and do require proper care, therefore our sales associates will determine the cause of the wilting plant on a case by case basis. Please note that these orders require pre-payment and are final sales... no returns or exchanges. Trade Program We offer a 20% trade discount for all qualifying trade clients. Memo Program Design professionals may borrow or “memo” merchandise for the sole purpose of showing it to their client for design approval. There is a maximum 72-hour timeframe for keeping merchandise out on memo. Please download our memo agreement for more info. View Memo Agreement DELIVERIES + Installation At Rolling Greens, we offer local delivery. Within 24 hours of purchase, a delivery dispatch coordinator will reach out to schedule the delivery. For all online orders, our drivers are only responsible for a doorstep drop off and will notify you via text message when the delivery has been completed, with a photo of where your order has been placed. For all in-store orders, a white glove delivery option is available, and our drivers can provide a courtesy call prior to time of delivery. Carry-Out Service We are always happy to assist in loading purchases into your vehicle. It is important that clients review their invoices or make sure that they have received all items purchased. In addition, clients should inspect the manner in which the items are loaded before leaving the nursery. Rolling Greens will not be responsible for damaged or broken items once the customer has left the nursery. It is our mission to ensure that our client are completely happy with their Rolling Greens purchases and it is our sincere hope that our clients will utilize good judgment and a spirit of fairness before requesting to return purchases. RETURN POLICY At Rolling Greens we understand that on occasion our clients may need to make changes to their purchases. In order to make a return you must bring your original receipt with the items to the store that you purchased from. Acceptable returns will be issued as store credit only. This policy applies to both in store & online purchases. ALL PLANTS, CONTAINERS, ACCESSORIES, & FURNITURE Plant returns must be made within 14 days for store credit only. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of purchase. Containers and accessories in “non-altered” condition may be returned within 5 business days of purchase for store credit only. FINAL SALE All sales of arrangements, holiday decor or seasonal faux and sale items are final, no exchanges or store credit. Any product that was altered in store by special request may not be returned. Special orders may not be returned. UNCLAIMED PURCHASES Purchases left unclaimed will be donated after 30 days of original purchase date. CANCELED PURCHASES Will be subject to a restocking fee. We reserve the right to make the final judgment as to the appropriateness of a return.
