Group Session (2.5 Hours) A Tour de France of all 9 Core Competencies. An overview to help your team understand each of the 9 Core Competencies in a BOS. Minimum 10 participants. $250/person — $2,500 minimum. Full-Day Intensive (8 Hours) All 9 Core Competencies in a single day. A firehose — but a complete one. You'll leave with the full blueprint and the confidence to implement it. Three Full-Day Sessions (90 Days) Each session runs a full day, off-site, with your leadership team. Day 1 builds your foundation — structure, meetings, scorecards, and 90-day goals. Day 2 clarifies your identity — core values, your compelling why, and your ideal customer. Day 3 sets direction — one, three, and ten-year goals, milestones, and a S.M.A.R.T. execution framework. Between sessions, your team applies what they've learned. By Day 3, you have a functioning BOS. (Also available as three half-day sessions at half the investment.) The Full Journey (12–14 Months) Everything in the Three-Session package, plus three quarterly sessions and one annual planning meeting.
