I had an issue with a sagging joist in my bedroom floor which was visible from the ceiling below. I was able to cut out the ceiling on my own, take photographs of my issue, and send them over, without requiring an in person inspection. Afterwards, I received honest and sound advice as to what needed to be done to fix the joist. While the work has not yet been completed, I appreciated the quick, honest, and free advice.
