When I called the office, Monica at the front desk made such a great first impression. She took the time to explain the consultation process so clearly. She’s truly the heart of the practice — she’s the reason I felt comfortable enough to book my appointment in the first place! Dr. Hill took the time to sit down and talk with me not only about my concerns and goals but I also learned about her and her work ethos. It was nice to get to know her better. She polished a tooth that had been flattened by a previous dentist while removing Invisalign resin. Other dentists had tried to fix it with composite, but the results never looked right — the color and texture were always off, and I became nervous about letting anyone touch it again, and now it looks completely natural again — no more composite, just my real tooth shining through!
