Back in Jan/Feb when it rained a lot, one of our skylights leaked.  Frantically called several roofers, Tri-City was the only one willing to come out to check it in 3 days while others would want us to wait 1-2 weeks.   When Greg showed up as scheduled, he immediately went up on the roof and found the clogging around the skylight caused by moss growth which leads to rainwater buildup and leaking through. He fixed the problem for us and our skylight has been free of leaking since then. I also like there is always someone in their office working as a liaison between the customer and Greg.
