Home Departments City Clerk Election Information Election Information Pursuant to Baldwin Park City Ordinance Number 1391, the City of Baldwin Park's regular General Municipal Election is held on the first Tuesday following the first Monday in November on even-numbered years. The City Council is comprised of five elected council members with staggered four-year terms.  The General Municipal Election will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 for the election of Two City Council seats, City Clerk and City Treasurer. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS  All candidates must be 18 years of age, a Citizen of the United States, and a registered voter residing within the city limits at the time nomination papers are issued. NOMINATION PERIOD The nomination period began Monday, July 13, 2026 through Friday, August 7, 2026 at 1:00 p.m.*.  *If an incumbent does not file nomination papers by August 7, 2026 the nomination period will be extended to 5:00 p.m. on August 12, 2026.  NOMINATION PAPERS: Nomination Papers will be available on the first day of the nomination period.  “Pulling” nomination papers will take approximately 45 minutes.  The Chief Deputy City City, Shirley Quinones, is the elections official, who will be issuing your nomination papers with the assistance of Samantha Pina, Administrative Assistant II. Randomized Alphabet Drawing On August 13, 2026, the Secretary of State conducted a randomized drawing of letters of the alphabet pursuant to California Elections Code section 13112. The resulting order of letters constitutes the "randomized alphabet" was  used to determine the order of candidates' names on the ballot. This alphabet applies throughout the candidate's name, last name first, followed, if necessary, by first name, then middle name. If more than one candidate's last name begins with the same letter, proceed to the second letter and, if needed, the third, etc., until different letters appear in the same position. If the second letter of the last name differs, the second letter of the last name determines who appears first on the ballot, according to where the second letter of the name appears in the randomized alphabet. If the second letters are the same, proceed to the third letter, and so on. For example, if two candidates with the last names Campbell and Carlson are running for the same office, their order on the ballot will depend on the order in which the letters "M" and "R" were drawn in the randomized alphabet drawing. A gift from the Global Data Registry

When the Global Data Registry crawled https://www.baldwinpark.com/, we found no structured data — the language AI systems use to understand and describe a business online.

Schema is how ChatGPT, Google, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity know what your business does and how to describe you accurately to your customers. Without it, AI systems are guessing.

The most important field in this block is sameAs — a verified edge connecting your website to your permanent record at the Global Data Registry. This is a free, confirmed link to a real verified source. It costs nothing and gives your website a confirmed node in the graph that AI systems traverse when building answers about your business.

Copy the block below and paste it into the <head> of your website. Or drop it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and ask it to extend it with your full business details — that is the fastest path to a complete schema record.

▶   What is schema?

Schema is a standard vocabulary maintained at schema.org that lets websites describe themselves in a language machines can read. When you add schema to your website, you are telling AI systems, search engines, and knowledge graphs exactly what your business is and how it connects to the rest of the web.
