Mr. Gu has worked as the in-house counsel for SINOTRANS under the Ministry of Commerce in China, during which he served as a delegate to multiple UN Conferences. Mr. Gu has also worked for a top law firm in London, and has co-founded one of the leading law firms in Beijing. He received his LLB from Peking University and his LLM from the University of London.
