The convenience of scheduling building inspections and accessing their results online. The efficiency of automated processing for payments ensures a smoother and quicker transaction experience.  How to apply for an online permit After you have registered for an account using the instructions below, you can use this guide to apply for a new permit.   How to apply for an online permit How to Register Online for a Laguna Niguel Permit Center Account All customers must register with the new permit system. Registering allows you to use features such as applying online, paying invoices, viewing permit status, requesting inspections, or viewing a personalized dashboard. To register, please follow the instructions below. Navigate to the Laguna Niguel Permit Center page https://cityoflagunaniguel.org/CSS then click Login  or Register  in the top right-hand corner.  From the new screen, click Create an Account . Type your email, name, phone number, and password into the boxes provided and click  Sign Up. If the system matches you with an existing contact, you will see the screen to enter your password or get a link to sign in.  If you have forgotten your password, click the link to reset it.
