Some of the “tapping points’ used during an EFT session. No needling is required – EFT can even be done over the phone! EFT stands for “Emotional Freedom Techniques” and is a revolutionary healing technique that combines talk therapy, energy psychology, and the acupuncture points used in Chinese medicine (though no needling is needed).It is often also called “tapping”. One of the greatest discoveries of the last century was that tapping on the end points of the major meridians (the same meridians used during an acupuncture session) helps individuals rapidly be free of unwanted emotions. (Science has proven we have electrical currents that run throughout our bodies – meridians are like energy highways that conduct this energy). It is also a great tool for programming the subconscious mind for success, releasing endorphins, and feeling great! The practice of EFT uses the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments but without the invasiveness of needles. When we tap on the meridians while talking we can release blockages in our energy fields. EFT is the most post popular technique in a rapidly growing field called “energy psychology”. A session typically consists of clarifying the issue, then tapping along the end points of the body’s major energy meridians as you “tune in” to the emotion or problem you are having, thereby clearing out old patterns of stress, trauma, anxiety, grief, sadness and other unwanted emotions and replacing them with more empowering thoughts, beliefs and affirmations. EFT quite simply, is an effective, drug-free and relatively easy way for people to begin feeling better, fast. An individual can learn it and do it on their own, and/or they can receive it from a practitioner. It used widely used and becoming more widely used every day by psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, life coaches, and other practitioners as well as every day people. What Is EFT With Source Technique™? An advanced level of the EFT application is a proprietary technique developed by our mentor called EFT with Source Technique™. EFT with Source Technique™ is a combination of deliberate methods to enable a Certified Practitioner to quickly identify the “root cause” of a problem and then with use of tapping, eliminate or substantially reduce the charge of the trauma, pain, anxiety, addiction, cravings, discomfort, etc. In this way, the client is more likely to experience lasting relief without recurrence of the problem. Think of it like pulling a weed out by the root, instead of just lopping off the leaves. When you get to the source, you minimize the chances of the problem returning. With Source Technique™ every session is completely customized to the individual client for maximum effectiveness. Source Technique™ can be used before, during, and after hypnosis for even higher efficacy. Source Technique™ is the next generation of EFT healing, because of it’s ability to zero in on and release root causes of conditions for rapid and effective healing. EFT with Source technique™ is far more effective then other EFT techniques for it’s ability to zero in on TRUE ROOT CAUSES. We do not just tap on the symptoms when using EFT with Source Technique – we find out the source, and then treat the CAUSE of issues – not just the effect. Why Do EFT? I often talk about the growing pains that come with a decision to up level your life, how every time we decide to step out of our comfort zone, all the gremlins that need to be seen and released will come UP so they can come OUT. Sometimes, this will take a strange form such as an odd distraction (noise, relationships conflicts, weird issues. legal stuff, etc.), or for some people, it can manifest as louder negative chatter, self-doubt, anxiety, insecurities, imposter syndrome, etc. What I am learning is that this process is NORMAL and that we need to be able to recognize it for what it is, and even MORE importantly, DECIDE to choose peace. I won’t get into the metaphysics or implications of this right now because truth be said I have got to finish a member site this week, BUT – w e are human. Even if our souls/spirits know that what’s happening is in our best interest and that it’s all tending in our favor and working out for our highest good, our human emotional bodies may still feel discomfort or even pain and we need to acknowledge, feel, process, and heal our wounds and fears in order to truly let them go. In the interest of authenticity and transparency, I am feeling it today. I have made some STRONG decisions to up level my life this year complete with specific plans and dates on calendar, and so far this year is off to an AMAZING start. Lots of amazing souls signing up for the “Make 2019 Your Best Year Yet – Your Vision Board and Beyond”, group programs are filling up, and my calendar is booking up with private clients FAST. This isn’t counting the HUGE up level we decided to embark upon last year in the form of buying property and becoming owners. So, the gremlins are SCREAMING and the distractions are OFF THE CHAIN (to the point of ridiculousness). Fortunately, I have one of the best spiritual mentors on the planet, and she is teaching me what these distractions really are. In truth, they are just parts of my mind that don’t believe I am worthy, deserving, etc. of having ALL of this that I have and am manifesting (a great partner, marriage, life purpose, career, abundance, peaceful living situation, book publishing opportunities, etc.). What I am seeing on the outside, is just showing me what needs healing on the inside. The Universe simply functions as a mirror for our own thoughts, feelings, vibrations, etc. – in particular, our subconscious beliefs. It is law of attraction police shining a big, glaring light on what needs to be seen and transformed or released. There are many modalities that can help us identify, sort through, and release our subconscious blocks and gremlins. I have exactly 22 certifications in different modalities that help us do this, and they can all work, and of course some work better than others, for different people, in different situations, at different times. I have my personal favorites, but the most important thing here isn’t which tool or modality we choose. The most important thing is that we DECIDE to choose peace; to crack open the door for healing,- which is all that is required for us – and to be willing to give our tough life situations and unhealed thoughts over to something greater than us for healing. The willingness to heal and the decision to choose peace is one of – if not the single most important decision – we will ever make. Once we do that, the right mentors, situations, tools, etc. tend to suddenly flow into our existence, because we are ALWAYS sorting based on our beliefs (according to neuroscientists, 90% of what is actually there gets deleted from our minds, the 10% we see tends to reflect our subconscious belief systems). All that being said, will you join with me today in deciding to choose peace for yourself, for me, and for everyone on the planet? Posted in Uncategorized | Leave a comment A Tribute to the Late, Great Louise Hay On the Day of Her Death Posted on August 30, 2017 by jengaynor Dear Louise, I was 28 when I first heard about you. I had been in and out of therapy for ten years with various counselors, and had finally found one I felt safe enough with to show my true feelings to. Then, what seemed like a tragedy at the time struck: she told me she was moving to Texas with her husband. Before she left, she said “ I have a book recommendation for you. I really think it will help you”. I scribbled down your name and a book title on a notepad and left her office. The next day, a Friday, I went to a bookstore (remember those?) and purchased my first copy of your best-selling book, “You Can Heal Your Life”. Within a few pages, I suddenly understood so much about myself: my life was what it was, I felt the way I felt not because of outside circumstances, but because of the thoughts running through my head. Suddenly I became present to the negative thoughts running through my mind that had most likely been there my entire life. I finished that book that weekend and was left with a new sensation: A feeling of hope. Since then, my life has changed and transformed in so many ways I had no choice but to become a life coach and help others do the same. I look around at all the blessings I have in my life now: a loving husband, a fulfilling career, financial and time abundance, more inner peace, and I know it’s because somehow I was lucky enough to take the “sliding door“ journey of reading your book. It was an entry point into power, potential, and possibility. Suddenly I understood: I was NOT a hapless victim in the universe. I was a powerful co-creator who could collectively create with my Higher Power, but first I must surrender and trust that Higher Power. It was a realization so powerful, I now spend my days helping others to have the same realizations, these breakthroughs in and of thought and belief awareness. It is a fine path indeed. It is a path I am on all because you dared to choose love instead of fear. Because you were courageous enough to write a little blue book and start selling it out of the back of your car. Because you dared to touch lives and say “No, no, its not that bad, there IS another way”. Today you fly with the rest of the angels, which is undoubtedly where you belong. I can only imagine the welcome you got, having helped so many hearts… Recently I had the pleasure of being in the same room with and hearing Reid, Doreen, and James Van Praagh speak, and I was again inspired and uplifted to press on, to keep writing, speaking, and coaching.
