Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a set of strategies and ways of thinking modeled from how successful people achieve their goals in the most effective ways. By getting certified in NLP, you will be getting a master class in how the mind works, and gain tools that will transform your communication skills and gain control over your clients and your own emotional states.  Are there any requirements or prerequisites before taking the CWC Trainings? Nothing is required before joining. However, as a student in any of the CWC programs, you’re required to create an environment that will allow you to be present and fully focused during the training sessions. You must also participate in all exercises. How long will it take to become NLP Certified? The CWC Elite NLP Certification takes 3-days of LIVE training, which includes instruction and practice sessions. Trainings are held online so you can do them in the comfort of your own home or wherever you’re at in the world. How long will it take to become a certified coach? Conscious World Changers has a comprehensive 3 month program that will certify you to be a Master NLP Coach and also prepare you to apply for your ICF ACC Certification, a highly sought after benchmark and certification within the coaching industry. Do I need a website to be a successful coach? No, you don’t need a website to be a successful coach. However, you do need some way to provide your prospective clients with information about your programs and a way for them to book calls with you. This can be accomplished with something as simple as a PDF document and a calendar to begin with How is Conscious World Changers (CWC) Training different from other NLP trainings? CWC is focused on the long term success of our students. We work diligently to ensure our students complete our trainings with the skills, tools, and confidence needed to dramatically change their lives and the lives of their clients. As a teen mother, Cindy learned early how to rise above obstacles and build strength in the face of adversity. That determination fueled her ascent through the corporate world, where she spent over 20 years in leadership, ultimately becoming Head of Finance & Operations for top hospitality brands including Denny’s, Landry’s Inc, Mastro’s Steakhouse, and SRS. But corporate success was only part of her story. Behind the scenes, Cindy faced years of unbalanced relationships, three divorces, and cycles of self-sacrifice. It was through the pain of these experiences that she discovered her true calling—not to lead numbers, but to lead people into wholeness. Her healing journey introduced her to breathwork, shadow work, NLP, and embodiment, where she uncovered the truth that love and validation begin within. This transformation became the foundation of her life’s mission. Today, Cindy is a Master NLP Practitioner, Certified Breathwork Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, and ICF-Certified Embodiment Coach. She has guided over 1,000 individuals—from frontline workers to CEOs—helping them release generational patterns, reclaim their essence, and rise into alignment with their highest selves. Cindy’s work blends authority and compassion, science and spirituality, resilience and grace.
