At CSUDH, you'll be able to enroll in the major of your choice if you're admitted to the university. Our flexible Financial Aid and Scholarship options can further reduce the cost of your education. For 2025-26, undergraduate tuition and fees for a full-time student are $7,858 per year . The vast majority of our students receive scholarships and grants that cover all of their tuition and don’t need to be paid back. Housing Costs Our Housing rates range from $3,399-$7,167 per semester per student depending on the room/apartment type. Upcoming New Dining Hall and Residence Completion: Fall 2026 New affordable Student Housing and Dining Commons Project started in February 2024. The Project will consist of a four-story residence hall and a separate one-story dining facility.
