You can board any shuttle at Terminal A to get to Terminal B and the Rental Car Center. All Airport Shuttle Buses are wheelchair accessible. Inter-terminal/Rental Car Center Shuttles stop at each terminal and the Rental Car Center . Shuttles arrive every 7 to 10 minutes, 24 hours per day. Board the shuttle at either terminal: At Terminal A, after exiting security, go downstairs to the ticketing lobby and exit to the curb, then go to Stop #6 . If you collected items from Baggage Claim, you'll need to go back upstairs and cross back towards the security checkpoint first before proceeding downstairs and exiting to the curb. At Terminal B, cross to the island in the middle of the street, then go to Stop #3 or #4. Economy Lot 1 Shuttle From Economy Lot 1 , board the shuttle at the nearest bus stop (make a note where you’ve parked your car). The shuttle will stop first at Terminal A, then Terminal B. Shuttles arrive every 7 to 10 minutes, 24 hours per day. To return to Economy Lot 1, board the shuttle at either terminal: At Terminal A, after exiting security, go downstairs to the ticketing lobby and exit to the curb, then go to Stop #5 . Park Perks is SJC's parking loyalty program that rewards you for every online-reserved parking stay at SJC, giving you access to perks, promotions, and exclusive offers based on your points. How do I earn points? You earn points every time you book parking at SJC online using your SJC Park membership account. Earn 1 point per dollar spent, regardless of tier. Can I combine points with other offers? Point redemptions and other tier perks are not combinable with other discounts unless specifically stated. How do I redeem my points? Redeem your points online through the Park Perks page accessed from the top right menu at parking.flysanjose.com . Do I earn points if I park at the Airport without a reservation? No, points are only earned through online parking reservations. Are my points transferable or shareable? No, points are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another member or account. Earn points on each stay, enjoy exclusive offers and redeem rewards that make every trip through SJC even better. Using Your Reservation at SJC What do I do when I arrive at SJC? Follow the signs to the applicable parking lot listed in your confirmation email. Your QR code/license plate will not allow access to a different parking lot. If you drive to the wrong parking lot, please use the intercom button to speak to a Parking Representative for directions to the correct lot. Do not pull a ticket. What happens if I accidentally pull a ticket instead of scanning my QR code or using my license plate to enter the parking facility? Please use the intercom button and advise the Parking Representative that you pulled a ticket. The Representative will assist and provide further direction. Have your confirmation code available so we may look up your reservation.  What happens if I arrive before my reservation time, or leave after the end of the reservation time? If you arrive more than 3 hours prior to your reservation start time, ingress will not be permitted. If you depart more than 3 hours after the end time on your reservation, you will incur additional fees at the posted daily rates. All additional fees must be paid prior to exiting the parking lot.    For example, if a reservation is from 7am to 7pm, you will be able to exit the lot until 10pm without incurring additional charges.  What happens if I do not have my QR code at the entrance or exit? Please use the intercom button to speak to a Parking Representative. Do not pull a ticket. Have your confirmation code available so we may look up your reservation.  What happens if my QR code or license plate don't work at the facility entrance? Please use the intercom button to speak to a Parking Representative. Do not pull a ticket. Have your confirmation code available so we may look up your reservation. Your QR code/license plate will only allow entry to the parking lot listed in the reservation. Please confirm that you are at the correct parking lot and the dates/times are correct. What happens if I need to leave and re-enter the parking lot again? You may exit and re-enter the parking lot up to 2 times in the first 12 hours of your reservation. After that, exiting the parking lot a third time (or more than 12 hours from when you first enter the parking lot) will close out your reservation and re-entry to the parking lot will require pulling a ticket, which begins a new transaction at the rate posted at the parking lot entrance. A partial refund for the unused time can be requested . What happens if I return earlier than the end of the reservation time? You may freely exit the parking lot. A partial refund may be issued upon request . Which lane do I use when entering the parking facility? You can use any available lane to enter the parking lot. If the License Plate Recognition system doesn't automatically open the gate for you, use your QR code at the reader. Can I extend an in-progress reservation? Yes, a reservation can be extended up until 1 minute prior to the end time (i.e. if a reservation ends at 5:00 PM, it can be extended up until 4:59 PM). Extended reservations maintain the same parking rate as that used for the original booking (i.e. any discounted rate will be maintained). Reservations can be extended up to a maximum of 30 days (from the start time).  Managing Your Reservation Can I extend a reservation? Reservations can be extended up to a maximum of 30 days (from the start time).  How do I amend or cancel my reservation? Visit parking.flysanjose.com and select ‘ Manage my Reservation ’. Your confirmation code is required to access your reservation. Reservations can be cancelled up until the beginning (date/time) of your reservation or amended up until 1 minute prior to the end (date/time) of your reservation. My flight was cancelled or changed, but it's too late to modify or cancel my reservation. What should I do? We recommend including a few hours of extra time after your expected flight arrival at SJC to give yourself room to extend your parking reservation in the event of last-minute flight delays or cancellations.
