Health Precautions The cold and flu season is not over yet, and it is essential to take the proper health precautions. Remember to follow general guidelines for staying healthy during the cold and flu season . Make sure to practice everyday prevention, and please make sure to: Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
