From fitness newbies to seasoned athletes, our program is inclusive and adaptable to every individual’s fitness level. Since 2014 We have continued to expand and improve our facility. Not only do we have CrossFit Classes but we offer SWEAT, Olympic Weightlifting, Personal Training, Nutrition and Open Gym hours to help accelerate ones fitness journey. La Puente CrossFit classes typically last between 45-60 minutes. Every class completes the “WOD” aka workout of the day, designed to fire up your entire body through a combination of carefully chosen exercises that incorporates both strength and cardiovascular movements. We believe in providing a strength and conditioning program that will challenge your entire body. You won’t spend hours on an elliptical or do sets of bicep curls. Instead, you’ll be pushed to become faster, stronger, and more agile. You’ll replace fat with muscle and your endurance will reach levels you did not think possible. Contracts range from 3 months to 12 months. You may opt out of the contract and incur an additional fee.
