Homeowners who previously received three months of assistance may qualify for additional support, bringing total relief to a full year.   The program now covers up to $100,000 in total assistance, up from $20,000, with payments made directly to mortgage servicers. So far, the state has provided $6.5 million to 793 disaster-impacted homeowners, primarily survivors of the Palisades and Eaton fires. Significant funding is still available -- including those who may need continued relief when forbearance ends.   Eligibility has also been expanded. In LA County, households with a combined annual income of up to $281,400 now qualify, a $70,000 increase from the previous limit. Income limits vary by county. Applying is free, and funds are paid directly to mortgage servicers and never have to be repaid.   Homeowners are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. For eligibility details and application information, visit the CalAssist Mortgage Fund website HERE or call 800-501-0019.   For more information, visit the official California website by clicking HERE .   Related News VOTE CENTER AT MALIBU CITY HALL MAY 23 - JUNE 2 FOR CA PRIMARY ELECTION Home - News Carousel Posted on May 15, 2026 City of Malibu to Host 2026 Poetry Summit: Vibrant Cycles Home - News Carousel Posted on May 10, 2026 Two Points of View Art Exhibit Opening May 17, 12:00 PM Home - News Carousel Posted on May 14, 2026 SCE Hosting Virtual Meetings May 19 & 21 on Public Safety Power Shutoffs Home - News Carousel Posted on May 06, 2026 PaliBu Chamber Fire Recovery Expo Comes to Malibu May 16 Home - News Carousel Posted on May 05, 2026 Connect With Us Contact Us 23825 Stuart Ranch Road Malibu, California 90265-4861 Phone Number:   310-456-2489 Fax:  310-456-3356 Facebook Twitter Pinterest Delicious Blogger LinkedIn Home My Account Printer Friendly Email Page Contact Us Hear This Page RSS Site Map Translate Page Notifications Documents Help Helpful Links Development Portal GIS Contact Us Hotlines /QuickLinks.aspx FAQs Am I required to get a permit for a party at my home? A gift from the Global Data Registry

When the Global Data Registry crawled https://www.malibucity.org/, we found no structured data — the language AI systems use to understand and describe a business online.

Schema is how ChatGPT, Google, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity know what your business does and how to describe you accurately to your customers. Without it, AI systems are guessing.

The most important field in this block is sameAs — a verified edge connecting your website to your permanent record at the Global Data Registry. This is a free, confirmed link to a real verified source. It costs nothing and gives your website a confirmed node in the graph that AI systems traverse when building answers about your business.

Copy the block below and paste it into the <head> of your website. Or drop it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and ask it to extend it with your full business details — that is the fastest path to a complete schema record.

▶   What is schema?

Schema is a standard vocabulary maintained at schema.org that lets websites describe themselves in a language machines can read. When you add schema to your website, you are telling AI systems, search engines, and knowledge graphs exactly what your business is and how it connects to the rest of the web.
