Through a series of virtual collaborative sessions, over one hundred fifty members of the Newark community identified six characteristics of a NUSD graduate. The Graduate Profile guides the vision of how Newark USD prepares its students to be successful adults in the 21st century and autonomous individuals with multiple options of career, college readiness, and beyond. The final image is based on an original student design.
