Every OCC student's username and password is automatically generated once they register for classes. The student login information is sent to their email address provided on the admission application. If this information was not received or lost, contact the  Answer Center at (714) 432-5072  or  Admissions and Records at  [email protected]  to have it re-sent. Password Reset Visit  MyCoast login  page and click on the "Can't access your account? Then, select "Work or school account". Enter your student email address and continue through the process to change your password. Can I access MyCoast from off campus? Yes, you can access MyCoast from any computer with a web browser and internet connection Can I Forward my Student Email (Gmail)? Yes, you can. Here is how: 1. From your Gmail, click “Settings” at the top right of the page. 2. Select the tab called “Forwarding and POP/IMAP.” 3. Under “Forwarding,” select “Forward a copy of incoming mail to” and type your email address in the blank provided. 4. Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page. NOTE :   OCC cannot be responsible for any emails that fail to forward in a timely manner.  Students should continue to check their MyCoast student Gmail account for accurate and updated communications from OCC. Why do I see the Coast logo or other college logos when I log on to MyCoast? If you are a student, faculty or staff of multiple campuses in the Coast Community College District (the district is comprised of Orange Coast College, Golden West College, and Coastline Community College) you may see the Coast logo along with the logos for each campus when you login to MyCoast. This is because you are affiliated with multiple campuses. If you were affiliated with GWC only, you would have just an GWC logo; this is true for the other campuses as well. Those students, faculty, and staff that either work or attend one of the other Coast campuses (or have in the past) will receive the Coast District-Wide logo when they login to MyCoast. How can I check to see when my registration appointment time is? Please follow the instructions under "Registration Appointments" on the registration webpage . How can I check to see if I have a hold on my records/registration? Login to MyCoast and click "View All Cards" on the top right side of the page. In the search box, type "Holds", which will bring up the "OCC Important Resources" card. Click on "Holds Information".   How do I register for courses? Please follow the instructions on our How to Add Classes webpage . How do I print a program receipt/class printout? You may print your Web Schedule Bill  from MyCoast as confirmation of course registration/waitlist status, fees assessed, and payments received. How do I check the balance on my account and/or pay fees? To pay your fees, please review our payment options . Login to MyCoast and click "View All Cards" on the top right side of the page. In the search box, type "Transcript", which will bring up the "Transcripts" card. Click on "All Colleges" under View Unofficial Transcripts. How can I order an official transcript to be sent to myself or another college? Please follow the instructions on our Transcript webpage . Can I access my Online Courses through MyCoast? Yes. To access your courses, login to MyCoast and click on "Login" on the My Courses - Canvas card. Do I need to Log Off? Yes, you should always logout for security reasons so others don’t have access to your personal information. The system will automatically time you out after 20 minutes of inactivity. I have a Financial Aid fee waiver but the system asked me to pay tuition fees. What do I do? The process that applies the California College Promise Grant (CCPG) Fee Waiver to a student’s account will periodically update after registration. Students with a Financial Aid Fee Waiver will need to wait a few moments after registering before trying to pay. Once the process runs, the waiver should post to your account. You may have to exit the account page and come back into it to refresh the page. Remember, the CCPG only waives your enrollment fee and all other fees must be paid at the time of registration. If you have questions about your eligibility, please contact the Financial Aid office . Is there a waitlist for classes in MyCoast? For instructions on how to get on a waitlist, please visit " Wait List Information ". How do I Register Using an Add Authorization Code? Moore Theatre The 886-seat renovated theatre was designed by the world famous architect, Richard Neutra, hosts Broadway musicals, dance concerts, symphonies, and lectures. Sailing Center Since 1960, OCC's School of Sailing and Seamanship has become one of the largest boating education programs in the nation.
